Getting back to old leads, calling back 5 best customers, preview properties, expired listings. Thats some great advice Tom.
I really like your videos. But calling an expired or FSBO is no illegal under the do not call list law

When in doubt give yourself something to do today and tomorrow and so on! ๐
Anywhere in a major metro area there is almost always something going on a few times a month especially in real estate so anyone can do a quick search for any REIA meetings and other groups to get out there and engage others, or an educational event like yours to take that free time to grow, and expand opportunities.
Karma counts, as long as you have great ethics you can always go back to previous business contacts.
