    Suze Orman said to buy a house 12-14 years ago…where my house is located, the gov't appraisal value JUST broke through where it was when I bought it in 2005…. Yes there are other factors involved in the home value…but i have a cousin who bought a condo in 2001…her condo is JUST now approaching what she paid in 2001.. I know another gal who put a lake house up for sale last year….and it just sold this year…a house DIRECTLY on a lake…for 100K less than she had it listed for last year.
