Trust me, it's worth it I Want to kind of give you the heads up what's going on the markets today because trust me when I tell you this, some of the things I'll tell you today will sound like somebody wrote it in a bad script but I checked it. it's all true and it all happened. First of all CNBC ran out of guess I'm not even kidding you Wayne Welcome back to the show. great to have you I opened up the Telly yesterday and who do I see is the inflation expert on CNBC Dwayne The Rock Johnson Is he now the inflation expert of CNBC Now not to knock on Dwayne Johnson Who's a terrific businessman and by the way, he's transitioned from playing college football to being a wrestler to being in multi-billion dollar actor I mean good for him and he's probably more averse in inflation than 99 of the other guests on CNBC But I mean at this point CNBC What are you guys doing? Can we get some professors some? Scholars I don't know anybody? I mean I don't mind Dwayne Johnson but I mean is this Dwayne Johnson or Gordon Johnson Can we get some real guests? And by the way I love me some Dwayne Johnson Absolutely shout out to him.

In fact, he might be the best guest they had in a while. Now if you remember a few weeks ago, I made a video telling you that the Blackstone read the private read hit the Redemption cap three months in a row on Blackstone shares down two and a half percent today, losing almost thirteen dollars a share since Tuesday's intraday High the stock dropping on reports The SEC is looking into the firm's near 70 billion dollar real estate fund breed the fund reaching withdrawal limits earlier this month for the first time in its history. Blackstone shares down nearly 20 percent in the past month and Blackstone were explaining that this is happening because of Asia Asian Investors panicking. it has nothing to do with the U.S real estate.

And so what happened this year is we saw some selling pressure from Asia given the market moves there that led to some news articles and elevated levels of redemptions which you reference. So now the Blackstone President and CEO is coming out and telling you Yes! Okay so the interest rates are bad for Real Estate but this lemon will be a lemonade. Get this is telling you that real estate will be still great as an investment because the interest rates are going to dry up Supply and the existing real estate will Skyrocket in price. Now look at this point, this explanation makes as much sense as me saying well Yay! I don't gotta go to work today Why? Because I broke two of my feet and two of my legs and I can't talk because I have a huge in my mouth so I don't know Yes it's true I don't gotta go to work but I probably would rather not break every limb I got for that.

So the Blackstone explanation is as good as that. Now Audi is coming out with the new car called the active Sphere which is an EV a pickup, a VR device a luxury SUV it's making you breakfast and most importantly, it's not real. it's a render another render. Where are the real cars? The affordable 50, 60, 000 cars that anybody can buy and actually drive? Where are the cars? All these companies including Audi is putting out these renders of these fancy cars that will never be seen on the roads while Tesla is actually busy ramping up.

This is exactly what I was talking about yesterday. Tesla is actually ramping up creating cars, improving the facilities, creating Supply chains and these other companies are engaged in fancy VR nonsense googly goo renderings just to kind of impress the shareholders. I Mean at the end of the day, the bluff will come out now. I Want to talk briefly about Intel Intel I actually had horrible earnings at this point Intel has gone from being a value stock to a laughing stock.

What's going on? Put a fork in until they're done. Even the legendary CEO they got from VMware Pat Gelsinger can't save them. and at this point it seems very unlikely that Intel will ever be able to get out of this hole with AMD on one hand and Nvidia on the other hand obviously kicking sand in their eyes. it seems as Intel is done unless a miracle happens and you know this is 2023.

who knows what? Damn it doesn't look good for Intel at all. And beyond that, we actually heard that IBM Sap and Hasbro Hasbro the Toy Company are all laying off. It seems it's not just Tech anymore Hasbro The Toy Company. Oh my goodness.

Hasbro So it seems it's not just Tech anymore, more is actually sliding over to companies like IBM Sap and even Hasbro I Think this is just the beginning of the labor market starting to slowly crumble. But we'll see. And now for the final part of this video. The cherry on top.
