Hey this is tom nash. You know the drill, don't click, nothing, that's much! Nothing don't buy nothing. So, a few days ago i was doing the dave lee podcast and he asked me well tom. What are your top three positions and then i told them.

Well, i don't really do yoga and they said that. No, not that kind of positions - and i told them - hey tesla, patenteer and google and everybody were kind of shocked. Google is your third biggest position, it's kind of boring. It's like a toyota corolla, not a lot of not a lot of excitement there right and i get it, but yet this is it look at what's going on today.

This isn't, of course, proof of anything. A one day spike in the price is meaningless, but it's a nice glimpse into what google can be in the next year or two, and i think it can be phenomenal now check this out in this video i'll. Explain to you why google ran up in the pre market over ten percent, three thousand dollars per share right now. This isn't the split.

The split you all heard about the 21 split that google is doing is not the reason it ran up. There's other reasons and they're much more fundamentally, based also in this video. A lot of you have been asking me well tom, in your recent video yesterday you told us that you're changing the timeline, you're, basically saying well, there's a bull run coming for the next six months and then there's gon na be a pullback. So does this mean that your entire inflation stocks and everything you've been talking about for the next six months is meaningless? No, i'm going to explain to you how it still all makes sense and what's my strategy precisely, i don't think i was clear enough on that.

So if you want that part, i'm going to put this timestamp and if you don't care about google, you can jump straight to that or if you want to hear both. Let's do it so. Google 3000 bucks per share 10 percent up hallelujah. Now, of course, if you're on my patreon community and subscribe to my patreon bro as if you're in my patreon community, of course, you saw that on april 21st we posted an alert saying well, google is undervalued and we listed a lot of fundamental reasons which i'm Going to cover in a second, but basically we told you hey: this is a 2200 stock, in fact it was 22.75 and we think it's insanely undervalued.

Now initially, we gave it a 2 500 price and then we raised it again and again all the way to 3 000, which is my current price target for google. Now, since then, after the latest roundup we're already at 32 up on google, which is kind of impressive in this year in the past three months, i mean it's nice to see a little bit of green. We had a lot of red. God knows my portfolio was extremely red, but it's nice to have and it's nice to enjoy.

It doesn't mean that we can't enjoy a good call, even though a lot of our other coils are in the toilet, which they are not going to lie. Shout out to the growth sector and kathy wood, but still, let's talk about what's going on with google, so what happened with google why this stock ran up 10 in pre-market? Is it only the stock split? Well, obviously, no a stock split is meaningless. Fundamentally, it does nothing for the company or for the shares you own the same percentage. However, if you have an underlying powder keg, this little match.
That's called a stock split can ignite everything. However, if you don't have the underlying fuel, the match will be meaningless and in the case of google, this little match that is the stock split ignited everything. Now it didn't hurt that the financials, the q4 results came out, insanely good bidding expectations across the board. I think that is what sparked this run, but i think mainly it is just the market catching up with how good the company is.

So, first of all, let's talk about the fundamentals of this company. Before we go through the results, the q4 results were insanely good. We're talking about a company - that's probably like as blue chip as they come point 36, less than half a percent of short interest, there's literally nobody dumb enough to short this stock. In fact, i'd love to see who those point 36 percent are i'm assuming these are people who accidentally clicked the button were cleaning the keyboard pe 26 pe 26 for this company.

This is insane price to sales under 8, 7.7, 56 gross margin, 35 percent ebitda margin. I mean these are insane numbers look at their balance sheet: 142 billion dollars in cash 30 billion in debt. They literally have 5x cash versus debt, 75 billion dollars in net income. This is net income, not revenue net income, 75 billion dollars.

I mean this is as good of a value stock, inflation, stock growth, stock, disruptive stock. Anything this is like in any category. You can put the stock in it's going to be insane. This is why it's my third biggest position - i mean this is kind of you know a no-brainer, not to mention the fact that we haven't even mentioned the business side of it, which is basically that google is a monopoly in the retail ad space.

There's nobody. That comes close to them. I don't know why the ftc haven't really done anything about it. I'm assuming at this point it's too late, but google has been monopolizing this field for a while.

Now and there's nobody coming close now, that's just the fundamentals that helped us say that 22.75 was a cheap price and, of course, 32 later. I think we were right, but then again you know it's just a one day spike. Let's see what happens, but i'll tell you in a second, i see a huge upside, so look at the q4 financials because it was more of this greatness. Everything got beat: eps beat 30.7 versus anticipation of 27.3 75 billion dollars in revenue versus 72 anticipated 32 revenue growth in a covet pandemic cluster freak year i mean 61 billion in revenue.

Just from ads alone, i mean: do you really think that splitting the stock 20 to 1, so that the stock cost 128 per share really makes that much of a difference? If the companies do do, no, it only makes it different if the company's gold - and in this case the combination of these factors and that stock split came right on time. I'm not even kidding you now. Why do i see this company going all the way to 3500 by end of year 2022, which is my new price target, because what we're looking at here is a value stock that behaves like a value stock for all intensive purposes with growth that is equivalent of What growth stocks give you anywhere from 30 to 40 percent? So if i could tell you, you can have a basketball player that can shoot threes like steph, curry and dunk, like you know, lebron james or whoever yeah, giannis and tecumpo, and can play defense like dennis rodman. And can you know play in the post like hakeem alajan? This is literally the perfect stock.
I don't know how much more analogies have in me for this, but i mean this is insane their value and the growth stock and probably in the top five in each category i mean this is the scottie pippen, michael jordan, hybrid of stocks. So therefore, 3 500 by end of year, is a no-brainer. A lot of my money is gon na go towards this. Now, let's talk about my money and what i said in my previous video.

What's going on with the market, i just told you yesterday that the stock market is about to go through a bull run of about six months and then a massive fallback, and i explain why i'm not going to go through the same explanation again, but the question A lot of you ask me well tom: does this mean your inflation stock list is meaningless? Does this mean that now we just go yolo on the market, because it's going to go crazy? No and i'm going to explain why in a second? So let's talk about? What's going to happen in the next few months, given the fact that i just told you, i anticipate a bull run from 4 500 s, p to 5 500 and then a pullback of about 30 to 35 40. Now i'm not gon na yolo my money into the market based on this anticipation of prediction. Whatever you want to call it, i mean this is not the kind of guy i am because at the end of the day, this is just a prediction and a theory and of course it might be wrong. I'm not going to gamble my life savings on this theory because i accept my own limitations and the fact that this might be nonsense.

I'm going to take my 30, which i have sitting on the sideline waiting for the pullback and i'm going to deploy all of it right now in the market. 30 of my cash, which is sitting on the sideline for a whole lot of time, is going to come and participate in the game i'm going to deploy over the next couple weeks into the same stock. I absolutely love which is tesla palantir, google and the s p. 500.

Yes, s, p 500 is a wonderful place to put your money, because betting against the us economy is never a good idea. Now, what i am going to do, i'm going to put the 70 of my other assets into play, based on the same ideas as i had before, because we still have inflation ramping. We still have supply chain shortages, so inflation stocks and everything that has to do with the stocks. I have long conviction on nothing changed we're still going to have to deal with this inflation, so that means real estate is going to do well.
Gold is going to do well, silver is going to do well. All of these value plays with inflationary upside are going to do well, so 70 of my money is not going to participate in this new kind of bull run. I'm going to see they're going to stay where they are, because i'm a long-term investor, those 70 are not moving they're. Staying put, however, the 30 i have parked on the sidelines are going to be placed in the market as part of what i'm predicting.

Now a lot of you might say: well tom, this is not really long term investing and you're 100 right. This isn't, and usually i would tell you yes time in the market - isn't really a good idea. However, this isn't exactly time in the market. I know i don't know i'm trying to shoehorn myself into this argument, but give me a second to prove what i mean when warren buffett and the likes talk about time in the market.

They're talking about specific things, for example, buying a stock without even caring about the underlying business, not liking the stock. Just out of the sheer anticipation that somebody's going to buy it off you at a better price kind of, like you know the greater full theory. That's trying to time the market, that's not smart or seeing a company, you love and absolutely adore and like the business like the management but saying hey, i want to wait for a better price. I'm going to wait for a dip.

That's trying to time the market because you might never get a chance to buy that stock tesla, for example right it might run off. So i think when people are talking about time, the market classically that's more things like this. I don't think it's really applicable to macroeconomics and how it's going to impact the entire economy and trying to work around that. However, i will stipulate that there is definitely time in the market elements here, i'm not going to run away from it, at least with macroeconomics.

I feel comfortable making an educated guess based on my own analysis, if you want to see the previous video where i analyze, why we're seeing a huge bull run ahead. The video is on the screen right now check it out. If you want to subscribe to our patreon, the link is below it's five bucks per month and you'll be supporting the channel. Thank you.

So much see you in the next video.

I think with the new jobs report. The fed will be increasingly dovish on interest rates. Their mandates are to quell inflation and maintain maximum employment. While the fed doesnt care for the stock market valuations as their mandate. Stock market impacts the jobs market. If the fed raises rates to fast and tanks the stock market or asset market, then jobs will most certainly tank too. The fed is basically in a catch-22. Quell inflation and tank the market and increase unemployment or let the inflation train rage forward while jobs can increase. Nothing the fed does will NOT end in disaster. Everyone and their mum who has a brain sees a fucking massive decline on the horizon. The balancing act will be played for now however.
