So let's talk about another very oversold stock. What's going on team, it's ricky with tech, but solutions i've been getting such positive feedback on the short and sweet videos. If you guys want me to continue to make these videos about stocks that are a little bit more on the oversold side, all we literally ask you to do is to drop a thumbs up subscribe to the channel and if it doesn't affect you too much, maybe Consider even turning on your post notifications, a very quick update on the day. Yesterday i showed you my red day on amc.
I had over 3 000 shares of amc, and today i only have 500 shares so what's going on well amc pushed up so much today that i decided to sell a majority of my shares up at these overbought levels to anticipate a pullback. I'm not saying that amc is going to pull on back. All i'm saying is that just in case it does pull on back. I think one of the worst feelings - and i'm sure you guys can agree with me - is not having enough buying power.
If the market does pull back to be able to buy the dip and then ride the recovery, so that's all i'm doing so. I'm up four thousand dollars on the day: 4 600, to be exact, very thankful, very grateful and i'm prepared for a pullback so prepare for the worst case scenario. But let's go ahead and quickly talk about a stock that caught my attention today, s p e. This one was in my radar shortly after they went and did their launch right after their successful launch, it acted as a negative catalyst.
It consolidated it broke above the ema line and then guess what it got rejected by the sma line. The reason that we're talking about spce is not because it's you know a stock that you have to buy the dip on right now. Well, why wouldn't you right? Well from where it's at right now to previous resistance levels right so previous highs, that's over 100 132 to be exact, based off of previous resistance levels at 48 dollars much more realistic, 87 and even to the sma line 46. This is why i'm talking about it, not because it's the best deal to buy right now or because it's indicating signs of reversal, but because right now, it's at a price point that it hasn't been at for quite some time and the more it sells off as It easily can and the more patient that you stay the more margin you build for yourself on a potential recovery.
So it is still super important that it is so much easier to make money in the market when the direction is in your favor and as right. Now spce is definitely still getting rejected by the ema line. It's still bearish, meaning it's still indicating signs of a descending pattern. So again asking the question is virgin galactic or spce a stock.
You want to buy right now, no, but i just added it to my watch list today and it's a stock that i want to set effective alerts on and follow up with it on a consistent basis, because when it does begin to push up because it has So much recovery potential and so much percentage potential. This is what i find to be so attractive about it. Even if i wait for the break above the ema line and then sell at the sma line. That's 22 alone. That's not a perfect trade right, i'm not buying at the lowest price point, i'm not selling at the highest price point, and that's still twenty percent again a big part of trading. It's not so much what stocks you have to buy at any given day. I did excuse me at any given day, but the timing that you decide to buy them when the opportunity presents itself when it's actually indicating signs of growth showing signs of higher highs when it actually makes sense, so don't over complicate it don't get too excited. Remove the emotions, out of it, add it to your watch list if it meets your criteria, set effective alerts, but just know this thing can easily sell off.
So the words of encouragement that i have for you is think about this. Instead of aggressively buying the dip. How about you test and challenge yourself and the more it sells off the better deal you can get so think about that. What makes it any different from today from last week right make sure you set your future self up for success and when you buy that you have a reason behind it and if you decide to buy the dip again, all we ever are here to encourage you To do is to watch that position size.
So if i decide to buy the dip, it's going to be with a smaller percentage about 10, just to tolerate a potential pullback or again always prepared for the worst case scenarios and make sure that you again set your future yourself up for success. So let me know what you guys think about spc in the comments section. It obviously still has a lot to prove. I'm excited to follow up with it and the simple way i'm i'm able to do.

Agenus Inc. (AGEN) PT Raised to $11 at B.RILEY
Current stock price is $6.11
Agenus (ticker symbol AGEN) is an immuno-therapy clinical stage company. They also produce vaccines and cell therapy (INKT’S) through their subsidiary company Agentus.
Agenus recently announced the confidential submission for proposed IPO of its subsidiary company, MiNk Therapeutics. Long shareholders are extremely happy to hear this long awaited good news!
Their main product and near future revenue generators are their PD-1 and CTLA-4 CPMS. The FDA just recently accepted priority review for the BLA filing of AGEN2034, their PD-1 molecule in second line cervical cancer. They have a PDUFA date set for December 16, 2021. They’re also on track for a BLA filing with their PD-1 and first generation CTLA-4 in combination for the same indication. Agenus will be presenting new data for the combo trial at ESMO In September which the CEO Dr. Armen said he’s “very excited about.” For the record, the CEO doesn’t loosely use the word “excited” unless it’s warranted.
Agenus’s PD-1 has shown clinical proof to be differentiated from the other PD-1’s that are already out there on the market; mainly it’s superiority over keytruda (in second line CC). More importantly, Agenus’s PD-1 works in both PD-L1 positive AND negative tumors. Keytruda’s does not.
Agenus also has the most powerful adjuvant (QS-21 stimulon) on the market. Not to be confused with the other QS-21’s that are out there. QS-21 stimulon is basically an ingredient that increases the efficacy of a vaccine/drug (COVID-19?) QS-21 stimulon is one of the main reasons why GSK’s shingrix vaccine has taken up most of the market share. Agenus is currently working on getting funding from the government to rapidly increase production. Dr.Armen stated that this will be one of the significant value drivers by the end of the year.
Agenus is partnered with Incyte, Merck, Gilead, Glaxosmithkline and most recently, Bristol Myers Squibb. Agenus set a previous record for money given for three preclinical molecules with Gilead for ~150m upfront cash (30m in equity) along with future potential royalties and milestones worth around ~1.7B. However this year, BMY beat that figure by acquiring only one preclinical molecule which is a TIGIT BISPECIFIC to the tune of ~200m along with future potential milestones and royalties worth ~1.36B
However, the most exciting molecule they have could be a potential multi blockbuster which is their next generation CTLA-4 AGEN1181. This is what most investors are banking on. It’s currently in phase 2. It was generating partial and complete responses in phase 1 which is very promising ‘cause phase 1 is administered in low dosage to monitor toxicity levels and showing very promising results. Ctla-4 is notorious for being toxic but agenus has manufactured a version that has sustained tolerable toxicity levels. This is huge. They will be presenting data at the next big venue which will either be at ESMO in September or SITC in December.
They have a vast pipeline for such a small company. Probably the most robust pipeline out of any company their size.
Finally, they have a clinical trial with their INKT cell therapy that’s showing positive signs in patients with severe symptoms from COVID-19. So far, 3 out of 4 patients have been extubated (taken off ventilators) within 24 hours. These trials have been running a little slow but they’re expecting additional clinical data soon. However, COVID-19 is not their primary objective with INKT’s. It was nearly an afterthought during the pandemic. Their INKT’s will mainly target Cancer cells.
Final note: institutions have recently taken more of an interest in Agenus. I believe institutional holdings have increased by over 10 percent. Agenus has about ~319m in cash as of last quarter which would give them about roughly 2 years of cash runway. Good luck to all!

SPCE has been on my watch list as well. Got in on a few bumps, but waiting for the overall change in direction.

Why stocks are selling off hard even with good earning. I understand target reach for profit taking but some are being sold to an xtreme. APPS, Pins, FOUR
SPCE could take time before it goes back up. Look at Pins that joint hasn't recovered yet.

I love SPCE. Sadly I got in when it was a little higher but I have been buying the dip ever since. I ended up averaging down to $35 a share, not too bad, but I am definitely looking forward to this stock gradually recover to at least $35 by the end of this year.
$SPCE is on my short it list be it through call credit spread/puts/ shorting the actual stock and its only printing money since the successful launch of the rocket and the company's decison to issue extra 15b outstanding shares
