This is very interesting because it used to be literally like the entire day when I first became a full-time Trader but then eventually as I figured out, okay, my most optimal time to trade is about three hours after the open and sometimes power hour. Then that's when I trade less and less. Number one threat to their trading account is themselves this person right here. So that's why I trade less and less in order to protect my profits I used to trade, you know, like I said the whole day and then I gradually reduced it to six hours a day.

Trade window tight and small, planning/prepping take hours/days.
Typically, if you can't make your money within the first 2 hours it is tough to make much money after that.

I trade most when we're > 75% last ATH these days I'm not , just accumulating (well ok that's trading too but it's just when I've mined enough PoW to trade to PoS and bring in interest ) when we're a> 75% of ATH then I start converting my PoS to stables to buy the next dip
