When a minimum of 40,000 thoughts run through your head every day, how do you discipline your mind to filter out the negative ones and focus only on the positive?
Because here’s the thing… Focusing on the positive is how you get more of what you want, and your mindset plays a huge role in that outcome.

Amen and Amen. Let it be so!
This was fantastic. Farming analogies are PERFECT for mindset.
I took so much from this short video. I beat myself up all the time, because I was tired of being treated like trash in my job. Made to feel hopeless and my boss use to tell me I acted like an abused puppy. He had no clue, he was the one abusing me. Tearing me down, always making me double guess myself, fearful for my job. So I left a industry after 16 years to do real estate. Then all the money I saved up, boom, gone. I got into two escrows, boom both fell out a week before I was supposed to close. I beat myself up because it’s easier to admit I missed up and stay in that “Alone Sad State” then to pick myself up and get my ass back to work. So this hit me right at the right moment. Thanks Tom. Needed to hear this to kick me back out there from under this dark cloud.
Good advice 👍
We seem to stumble upon the uncomfortable things, and then have to decide how to handle them. You either go towards it, or shy away and find an excuse. If you do what Tom says, then your only option is to go towards it. You cant shy away from something you intentionally plan. I have been doing something uncomfortable for about 20 days straight. Here's my first day video. @JMIY I love your videos Tom – always enjoy the content. You are one reason I am doing videos now and trying to gain an audience that will hold me accountable.
Love it!
Agents to think business is limited, it is. Agents who think business is unlimited, it is. If you believe stress kills, it will. If you believe stress does not kill, it won't. The power of your mind is incredibly important, and you can live whatever life you really want.
Love this guy thank you!
Awesome video thanks Tom
That was Awesome!
Thanks, as always, Tom – definitely in the middle of trying to adopt a new routine and you know what, it’s brought me much better results. LOVE the corn and tomato example!

I also reach My Miracle Morning for Real Estate agents recently and one item that I loved from that was when they discussed affirmations, think of it as- if you could write down anything and have it be true, what would it be? That somehow transitioned the way I thought about “silly affirmations” and now I say even just daily level/week level affirmations. If I could have my day go exactly how I want it personally and professionally, what would that look like and turn that into an affirmation. I will, no matter what, post on social media every day. I will, no matter what, reach out to five new people on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn a day. I will, no matter what, start to post one YouTube video a week (my latest one from this week) etc 💪🏽
Thought I’d share but thank you for all you do! 🤗
