3. I've never been to college but I had one thing going for me, " I had a burning desire to achieve financial independence". I bought a new house around the age of 25 but lost it during the real estate crash. That was the beginning of my real education. I now have a net worth of 2 million dollars with no debt whatsoever. Retired now but worked on a low paying government job for many years. My advice, read "The Millionaire Next Door". You will thank me later and yes, " I am from the hood "😊😊😊

4. So black, hispanic have less.
   Imigrants comming in west now work for less, will not own a house until 5th generation, and will have less opportunities in education because they earn less.
   It is not discrimination, it is starting from bottom. First generation do not even speak a language, second generation speaks language but lacks social skills for society.

   Third generation can start think about higher education and is a component of community.
   Fourth generation may start saving for own house or have good jobs that will push their children to have better starting point.

   Same is for me a white man when I move to other country. In my life time I can not buy a house for example in Germany, except in some poor area on lifetime mortgage supported by government. My children will not be able to buy house.

   If you are still homeless after fifth generation it is on your ancestors most probably. Even white people have a families who do not create generational wealth and they grow poor and their children end up uneducated and not appropriate for jobs with people because they are too dumb and too proud and that renders low wage jobs.

   You can not succeed without family pride and passing knowledge and ambition from knee to knee.

5. Try getting a home loan even with perfect credit or good credit 700 black people will not get the loan. 2023 its the same scenario look at how many loans are approve vs whites. when you try to sell your home and get it appraised you have to deal prejudice…you have to deblack your home.

    I think what hurts most is being black and knowing you were designed to be poor in front of White's and when White's know why you're poor and tell you how it sucks to see it it just bruises the wound further. It's so embarrassing.
