Pfizer have developed a vaccine which could mean that the Pandemic is over, the Financial Crisis is also cancelled and therefore the Housing Market is Saved, but how can that be?
A vaccine would have massive impact and providing we can reach heard immunity and the risks are reduced and the rona doesn't mutate, then shops and business' will be able to open again without the need for distancing measures.
This will mean that hotels, airlines, shops and business' will be able to operate a maximum capacity and maximum efficiency. This means that people that are currently unemployed, might find themselves employed again once more and wont need to rely on stimulus checks or gov support.
This will mean people then have an income to start making their mortgage payments and wont lose their homes. If homes don't flood onto the market, well, there wont be a housing market crash and there wont be a financial crisis.
