“If everyone knows how to do this, won’t it make it less effective?” - Common question I get asked. And the short answer is: No. And this is why. Enjoy! Add me on Snapchat/Instagram: GPStephan

Learn my exact strategies to help grow your career as a real estate agent to a six-figure income, how to best build your network of clients, expand into luxury markets, and exactly what you can do to begin taking your career to the next level…these strategies took me to $120,000,000 in sales volume: https://goo.gl/UFpi4c
In short, competition doesn’t exist for two reasons:
1. Very few people actually go out and do something. Even though my videos might routinely get 10,000-20,000 views, only a very, very small percentage will actually do anything with that information. This means that of the people who might be “competition,” it’s only an extremely small percentage that will actually move forward. This is the sad reality.
2. Life is never a zero sum game. One persons gain does NOT mean your loss. There is such a thing as both parties benefiting equally, and there being more than enough to go around for everyone. It will be impossible to win everyone. It will be impossible to make ALL the money. So why try. You will work with the people who want to work with you for YOU. You will do well in your own niche that you enjoy the most.
Of course there is healthy competition, too - if you can look to another person/company/business with inspiration as a reason to do better and improve, that’s great. But there’s a distinction between this and unhealthy competition where you’re too focused on the other person and less about yourself.
The more you focus on someone else, the less you can improve yourself and actually do something productive to get to where you want to be. So don’t do that 🙂

Awesome content, thanks for sharing, Graham!!
Graham Stephan I think you're right. I noticed that a lot of people just talk about things but they do not have the initiative to get it started
The key is to take action if you want to make money. You can get that thru Affiliate Marketing. Which for me is one of the easiest and simplest way to earn passive income.
I wondered this for so long. Especially about people who sell courses. Like if they have something going on for themselves that works, why sell courses and create competitors? I think this helps explain a bit.
Yeah it comes within oneself, be better and you don't need to worry about winning the competition with others.
Youve got some solid video ideas, also whats your relation to Canada, are you Canadian or what? I thought you did real estate in California.
Looking at investment properties this Friday. Hopefully putting in a offer on my first property. Your videos inspired me a lot.
This is so true, people are worried about the wrong thing. Competition is rare, and if it does happen, use it as an opportunity to step it up to the next level!
exactly! quoting from a certain book: view the world as a blue ocean of opportunities, a feast of abundance instead of viewing it in a scarcity mentality – the sense that you can only win when others lose! Remember the more you GIVE, the more you GET! Loving your videos Graham!
Truuuuue, people lazy
Preach! Great info Graham
What about AMAZON — THERE killing everyone lol
Hi graham good video…. do you think condos like 1 bed 1 bath are good rental investments? Or can you do a video on this? I wanna give this real estate thing a go but hard to get the thought towering debt past me…it scares me… but 100k condo is not so scary lol to start … thanks for all the helpful videos you provide for everyone
Awesome video, even in flooded markets if you can solve slightly more problems for the consumer or your brand is slightly more polished then you can still impact markets
I really like this video, I hadn’t realized very few people actually do anything! Thanks for the inspiring perspective bro! 💪
Straight Fucking FACTS!
Can you start at luxury homes in real estate ? Or do you work your way up?
As Gary Vaynerchuk says: "I can give away all my best content and strategy because 99% of my listeners aren't going to do s*** about it"
Good content! Well communicated!
I'm going to steal away all of Grahams viewers.
Start the Rogain if you haven’t my man. No shame in it… keep your hair as long as you can… people told me I was losing it for about two years before I even realized it. If you don’t care great but based on your hair style I just assume you do.
Great advise. Thank you.
When ur a trader ur taking others losses lol
That's the abundance mindset at work. Think about it. For almost two decades, Bill Gates was the world's richest man. Now the world's richest man is Jeff Bezos. Did that mean that Gates suddenly lost all of his wealth or that Bezos took all of it? No! Next year, maybe the stock price of Amazon will drop and Gates will become world's richest again, but it doesn't matter. There's more than enough for everyone to get their share.
So, don't worry about "competition" because we are all running our own individual races. Just try to be the best at what you are doing, for yourself. Don't worry about what the other guy is doing (except to learn how to do whatever it is that you're doing even better).
Great video as usual, Graham. Thanks!
Never give up
This is true
So true. This good advice speaks to the philisophy of thinking with an abundant mindset. Doing so really is a game changer.
What do you think of searching the MLS for expired listings and trying to sell those?
