*be informed whats happening in the market get upto date.
*15 mins of agressive role plan (solid objection handling) agressive objection handling
* hourly productivity+ follow ups + book appointments say to yourself I am lean mean site visit setting machine
*track myself (ensure everything is tracked and measured) in order to get 5 sv for the day how many leads u want
*introspecting where am I
*put status, broadcast the content daily (twice a day) minimum (don't just post, create engagements -with open ended questions)
*cater a zoom session everyday by eod.(grab new opportunities)
*afternoon follow up session.
* time left in the year-140 – 40 days( vacation) you do this only 100 days
*sign the page…………..

*face to face individual meetings with the team members ( align them with their goals)
*meeting with upper management who are impacting our business ( how we are doing what can I do better
*forcast the next 2 to 3 months ( we are at this how we can go ahead, we are ahead how we can stay ahead if we are how we can pull it up)
*review all ( BTL) marketing results and look for adjustment
what do u need to let go off in order to do this for just 100 days

Awww God Bless you Patrick!!!!!! You are AMAZING!! I was sitting here worrying about getting back into the Real Estate world due to some things I went through the last time I was 'active'. I had a lot of family and financial issues that caused my performance to go under. I let people down even though I am a dedicated hard working woman. Things can happen in life that bring you down and cause you immense stress that affects every part of you. After hearing your story I thought…well….if he can be accepted back into the industry so can I!!!! <3 I am so happy I came across this teaching. It was ALL around AMAZING and uplifting!!! I have been out of the industry for 3 years but just signed up for my CE classes. <3
