The Nikola Tre semi-truck, which is intended to be produced in collaboration with IVECO for the short haul trucking sector, is one of the pillars of Nikola's credibility, or what's left of it, which is not a lot in my own personal opinion. The Nikola/IVECO joint venture has been leveraged by Nikola to prove to investors that Nikola is real and not a frad, as suggested by the Hindenburg report. A lot of people believe this so called "partnership" gives Nikola a lot of credibility when in fact it's almost the same zero downside deal that GM got. Iveco got 250 million worth of shares but only paid 100 million, and the kicker is that the total number of shares they agreed upon in September 2019 got automatically multiplied by 1.901 at the closing of the reverse merger with VectoIQ... so basically IVECO holds 500 million worth of shares which are locked up until December, which may be one of the reason for why the keep supporting Nikola, but I think its much deeper than that, as I will explain in my video.

If Iveco has to give $100 million in services that is not a cost of $0 to them. If that was the case – $0 cost to Iveco – it would mean Iveco provided no services.
Nikola entered into a joint venture with Iveco in Germany. They didn’t hire Iveco as an OEM. And Iveco has nothing to do with the Coolidge site. The royalties to Iveco would be for using their base truck design. As far as “cross payment”, they are not likely to sat “you pay this and I pay that.” They would decide how much value each brought to the deal and whoever brought less would pay that amount.
Iveco did not have BEV or FCEV semi truck prototypes prior to the deal. Nikola had two fuel cell prototypes.
Nikola = Contractor; Iveco = Builder; Bosch = Parts.
Good going Nikola! Delivered trucks to LA Ports!
That’s a lie! 😉 Everything in this video is not just your opinion! It’s my opinion too! And it’s the opinion of thousands of investors who keep buying Tesla Stock and investors who keep dumping Nikola Stock!
Oh my god…
Trevor is scam artist…..
legal disclaimer: I might be mad 🙂
GM has access to Nikola cap x I’m so glad I don’t have GM and Nikola stock, it like a bank Robb, I will never buy Detroit now that biden is the puppet start the green new deal now buy Tesla bring Detroit down, no more Harley no fracking penn
Elisabeth Homes 2.0
At the end of the day the Nikola dude made billions. He made it.
Sounds to me like Nikola came to Iveco said, "Hey Iveco! If you rebadge your truck, we will buy them at a markup, PLUS give you company stock."
Now, onto the Bosch contract, so we can have another sad laugh at this never-ending scam! ;))
even though i do not hold any Nilola or Tesla stocks, i believe people are a bit too biased against H2/ Fuel cells.
Technically from what i understand because of the gravimetric density of compressed H2 is much lighter than the best batteries. Which explains why we have longer range, longer flight times in H2/ Fuel cell drones in comparison to its electric counterparts.
I am not sure about Nikola's technical abilities though.
Great Video Tom 👍🏻👍🏻
Nikola won't see the light of day past 2020.
Barrons just reported that Total (TOT) is investing 15B into hydrogen and hydrogen trucks. This puts NKLA on the right track.
Nikola is good!
Its a SCVAM…Why is this still listed on a reputable market. The moment it was known that fraudulent claims were being made —yank it.
It is all about the lockup…..transferring wealth from your pocket to theirs. I don't care what deals they signed….the fact remains…..they made fraudulent claims…they make no products. They gained a listing through a backdoor all the while making fraudulent claims…….
What have the markets become ?
In my opinion…
There is no way Trevor developed and executed this SCAM on his own. What we have here is a much larger machine working behind the scenes. This includes small as well as very large individual players still employed at Nikola, even at executive and board level. Conflicts of interest are likely even at investment bank level and this explains silence from the financial media and other would be whistle blowers and investigators. The tentacles of lies and deception reach far and wide. Conflicts of interest everywhere, just an ethics nightmare. I predict there are many shoes left to drop.
Keep digging guys, you're doing an awesome job!
Hey, Tom? I've been watching some video debates involving Gordon Johnson and he simply pisses me off. I feel he's in the pocket of big oil. Would you take a look, please? He's just too out there, I think it would be really cute if it got out he was corrupt, and people need yo know. Thank you very much, keep digging, makes for interesting content.
Have you taken a look at HYLN is this another NKLA like fraud?
I think GM was poised to essentially launder the remaining actual cash on hand. Imagine this scenario – Hindenburg doesn’t come out so the company while still having questions directed by savvy people, continues to plug along with this idea GM is going to produce its badgers at some point. Stock is soaring around $45-50 a share – everyone is hyped for Nikolas future. Nikola sends a fat check to GM for “capex” wherein Mary Barra and other GM C-executives receive stock options in Nikola and they do another round of investment from big banks and other players. December rolls around and all the major lockup’s are gone and they sell off a majority of their shares at the inflated 40-50 range while GM continues the story of “we have great trust in Nikola’s ability to provide long term solutions to a great human problem of moving towards clean energy.” More bullshit, more non-statements, more misdirection for future investors to pile on. Eventually GM gets the sell their shares and they’ve already built out facilities and plants using Nikolas actual cash that they just laundered.
The con is Nikola got 100 million from Iveco. Iveco can kiss that money goodbye and write off 100 million.
Ram blunts of a Mad man yes, but there is methods to the madness that has to be admired.
Obviously Nikola is the most obvious slam-dunk short ever, as even if things go well for them, they have none of their own technology and thus would struggle to make a profit even if they get to the point where they could re-sell all these vehicles being contract manufactured for them. Especially considering the unlikelihood they can come up with hydrogen at a economic price (something else they don't have technology for)
and beyond all that, In December 2020 there are hundreds of millions of shares hitting the market guaranteed to drive down the share price and Nikola must make a huge effort to run a secondary before then (or might be forced until after then by SEC) to pay these contract manufacturers.
The only catch though is huge! There is some very big money with much at stake to keep NKLA afloat until they can cash out and they have the power to run short squeezed and activate momentum, even on bad news such as whatever terms GM finally extracts from them. The question is how far up can they run NKLA stock on squeezes and manipulation?
So they're basically just buying parts from other companies and assembling them like legos. Then whats the point of buying a Nikola truck as opposed to a Volvo or Mercedes or Hyundai? Also, there is NO way they could ever make decent margins using this strategy. Wtf is going on here? Are people really that stupid?
So IVECO holds a lot of shares in the end but that is worth nothing if Nikola doesn't succeed. News Flash: they aren't succeeding. I seriously doubt Nikola will ever deliver a single product to a customer. Who would actually buy from them now? It's obviously a house of cards. Buying a fleet of trucks with little hope of a company being there to cover warranty expenses or tech support would be foolish.
Bro
love The channel what do you think about plug power. ???
Thank you for all of your research. Its amazing how much of this stuff has been ignored by the media fawning all over Trevvy boy.
