Foreclosures are skyrocketing in San Diego. Everyday there are More and More. This is going to get UGLY in the next 6 months to a year from now. Prices are just ridiculous out here in SoCal. We are leaving. No water, gangs running rampant, schools teaching HOMO acceptance, courts releasing criminals. We gone!

2003-2013 can be a misleading area with the second chart. The orange area near 2014-2020, were part of the later period of the 2000s and early 2010s leading into 2014. That high rate and value was just before the 2008 crash. Month and year on the points would help paint a better picture imo.
