AI would add a very helpful component but actually walking into a house, smelling the atmosphere, feeling the Feels left in the space, seeing the view…you have to experience the space with all of your senses and you can only do that by viewing it with and discussing that with an expert. That is why Realtors will be in here for the long run!

3. I have been keeping up and following Peter Diamandis' vision for the future for a couple years. I love his statement, "You have to continually educate yourself to keep up." Those who quit learning after HS or college thinking that their learning days are in the past will not be able to take advantage of the abundance that lies ahead.

7. I am all for progress and making life easier. Iphone X, Uber, online shopping, Bitcoin, etc Yet, I use paper and pen and always will, I make phone calls (some have forgotten how to do this), send notes by snail mail, I like reading from physical books, refuse to hook up Alexa, and know that I would never buy a house from a robot. All the progress can enhance the human experience and convenience but can never replace the human interaction when it comes to making important decisions like buying or selling a home. In my view tools have and will change but tactics will not. Lastly, I would like to know how many people would actually move from Santa Monica to some outskirt and commute with a driverless car. I am keeping an open mind. I do like that Diamandis mentions blockchain and crypto. As with many things, he's on to something really big regarding cryptocurrency.

10. Influencers molding the thought patterns of this generation.. the push is not for the good of humanity but for the moolah. Everything is an upsell, making people believe that this is what they need and have to have. I am sorry but I do not agree with anything on this video. Its about time we use technology is used for the betterment of humanity, eliminating poverty and disease and making this planet a better place to live in. Human race needs to focus more on one to one relationship building and focus on values. Technology is pulling us apart and causing more damage than good

13. This is def a great time to be alive…. but all of AI technology is concerning…. how many jobs will take away? I fear poverty levels will go up. Plus, our privacy and personal information can be hacked by criminals. Like they are now…. with that some rights can go away…. we dont want that. That's why we celebrate Memorial Day, People died for our rights. I want to always keep the focus on Humans and computer help at the hand where it should be.
