Today I Want to talk about how the FBI has finally formed a Securities Fraud Task Force to investigate crimes and manipulation in a stock market. I Want to explain how this is good news? The FBI is taking over from the SEC who are clearly incompetent to bring some actual enforcement action to the market. So the FBI Los Angeles tweeted saying the FBI's Los Angeles Field Office will join Federal partner is on the newly formed Corporate and Securities Fraud Strike Force So the attached article says the United States Attorney Martin Estrada launches a Corporate and Securities Fraud Strike Force That's a new section that will focus on complex corporate crimes, abuses by company insiders, and offenses that impact the nation's Financial system.

It's going to prioritize complex corporate and securities fraud investigations, some of which will involve corporate Executives and other individuals involved in criminal conduct. Members of the strike force will examine accounting fraud, insider trading, and other matters that can directly impact the financial system and trading markets, and the Strike Force will also examine criminal violations of the Bank Secrecy Act, which is designed to combat money laundering and tax evasion. This I think ties in well with the fact that broker dealers can now be held primarily liable for failing to fulfill their gatekeeping responsibilities of monitor ing their clients trading activities. These broker dealers are effectively going to be forced to work with the FBI to figure out which of their clients, which of their hedge funds and which of their institutions Are manipulating markets and committing Securities fraud.

It means these broker dealers can no longer plead ignorant and say that it's not our responsibility what our clients and customers do as these broker dealers serve as Gatekeepers and have a continuing responsibility to ensure that their customers order flow is in compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and laws. It means these broker dealers are going to become significantly more involved in reviewing their client trading to prevent manipulative or fraudulent trading under the supervision and control of that firm or broker dealer. And obviously, if they do detect crime in their cents order flows, they have a duty and a responsibility to report it to the FBI and not only just to report it to the FBI, but to work alongside the FBI to ensure those clients or hedge funds or institutions are properly prosecuted. I Think it's also important it's the FBI that's involved in this and not the SEC.

Because the FBI can actually bring criminal punishments, the SEC can only bring enforcement actions, and it seems the SEC is also being corrupted from the inside out. but I'll touch on that in a second. The fact the FBI can actually bring CRI criminal punishments is even better as it means many of these hedge fund managers, these market makers, and their CEOs and these institutions and their bosses will face actual prison time. But as I said, it also seems the SEC is being corrupted from the inside out.

We've had previous employees at Morgan Stanley saying they naked short sell stocks every single day. But yet Charles Gasparino still has his head in the clouds and believe that it doesn't exist. And Charles Gasperino still sticks up for these hedge funds and says that Ken Griffin has absolutely no involvement in AMC and GameStop as deluded as Charles Gasparino is.

but it also seems like Joe from CNBC or Joe Squark is also sticking up for these hedge funds has tweeted by Phil for real He tweeted saying watching Joe Sork Panic under my thread is pure Bliss He said this man is terrified. This guy has been tweeted over and over calling AMC investors morons and idiots. You've also seen him multiple times now on CNBC panicking. More and more and more it seems these two guys Joe from CNBC and Charles Gasparino are paid directly by these hedge funds potentially Direct IR L from Ken Griffin himself.

and obviously if Citadel ends up collapsing well, Charles Gasperino and Joe from CNBC I guess pretty much lose their salaries. that bribery money they receive will all of a sudden stop flowing in and Christ all is tweeted saying who you clowns being the mainstream media trying to convince cuz no apes are selling their shares He said the AMC GameStop and mem stock Army is still growing. But yeah, weely! They've also written articles saying that Taylor Swift and Beyonce are great news for Cinear and it will set record sales for them. You can clearly see the narrative being spun by the mainstream media, but that narrative is still backfiring and not convincing anyone. It actually surprises me. By now, the mainstream media haven't given up as they've had zero progress whatsoever.

I Guess the mainstream media still spin these articles in Hope and I guess for their advertising Revenue as well. I Guess the more crap articles they come out with, the more clicks Investor Place receives. Crystal Bable also tweeted about how ironic it is that AMC has beat earnings and improved nine quarters in a row. but yet the mainstream media is still telling you to sell AMC as soon as possible.

It shows The mainstream media either has zero clue what they're talking about or clearly has a paid narrative. You could say that obviously my narrative is going to be different to the mainstream media because I personally have an investment into AMC. But I Try and keep my narrative to the fact. and the fact is that AMC has improved quarter over quarter for nine consecutive quarters.

The fact is that AMC now not only generates profits, but we'll be improving those profits quarter after quarter after quarter going forwards as well. And depending on just how great Taylor Swift and Beyonce are for Cinemark, it will mean AMC also generates billions of dollars in profits too. That's not just a left or a right narrative, that's a fact straight down the middle and something else. That's also a fact.

It seems the cost for credit default swaps on Bank of America and City Bank over the last month has been rocketing up again. It won't be long until these credit default swaps become more expensive than they were back in March of 2023 when Banks were collapsing left, right and center. And if these CD yes is, or credit default swaps do continue to get more and more expensive, we could potentially see Bank of America or City Bank collapsing.

And obviously, if BFA collapses, it will take down Citadel as well as BFA holds over 90% of Citadel's margin loans. Now that would be a crazy sight if after all of these potential catalysts that could cause the AMC squeeze. The one Catalyst that actually causes the squeeze is the collapse of Bank of America.
