This house flip was the easiest project we took on as beginner house flippers. We still have so much to learn and mistakes to be made but we’re here to embrace the real estate challenge! We turned this house into a $38,600 net profit overall which breaks down to $800 a day for the 45 days we owned it. On to the next house flip!

Look up idaho falls, Idaho where I'm living. I was told its the highest growing city in the nation. Our houses only last a day on market. People are buying them without even seeing them. It's bad. Rent is sky rocketing. People from here cant afford to live here anymore.
House flipping usually involves cut corners. Did you get the house inspected by a comprehensive home inspector? Or just screwed over the next buyer
