Now this story goes way deeper than even i have ever seen with a high level of fraud. Conspiracy, cover-ups and even murder for hire has been arrested by the fbi for kidnapping a vermont man in a murder-for-hire plot, hey this is tom nash, and in this video i'm super excited to introduce you to a company. They have no revenue, but they got the elon musk of doctors on their side.

Mr sirhat, mr gumraku, is described by the company itself as a great man once in a lifetime. Superstar scientist he volunteered for organizations like unesco worked as a licensed doctor in turkey, started his own nonprofit and is a member of multiple medical associations, including the american society of clinical oncology, and he also speaks nine languages and he taught himself how to read at the Age of three years old, he basically can do anything. Besides, you know suck is on. The only problem is that everything i just told you about this man is a complete fabrication.

In august 2013, a young aspiring small town magician by the name of serhat gumuku fled turkey to the united states. He had to do it because he was being accused of conning thermal patients by selling them miracle cures. Now, according to the warrant, mr gumroku, who was a local magician in a medical school dropout, introduced himself to dying cancer patients, pretending to be a senior medical oncologist, eventually calling patients out of a quarter of a million of dollars for bogus and useless treatments. Now, after a ward was issued to have him actually answer all these criminal charges and he was facing 10 years in prison, he actually fled the country as any reasonable person would do and to this day, he's never set foot in turkey ever again.

This is where this story actually gets even crazier, because three years later, in august 2015, he sold a similar miracle cure to the desperate parents of a young pennsylvania boy with thermal cancer. Now, when the boy actually, unfortunately died, gumuku refused to refund the family. Advanced payments of 250 000, even though they were only in the beginning parts of the so-called treatment. Now imagine how low of a piece of trash human being you have to be to calm people out of money, while they're in their most vulnerable situation in their life.

Literally dying from cancer by 2015, mr gumraku had relocated to the united states and continued to treat terminal ill patients with unproved substances. This was not the end of this man's bs in 2017. He had a whole new barrage of new allegations this time in california, where he was arrested in 2017 for a barrage of white-collar crimes, fraud, identity, theft, a bunch of other. You can only imagine, however, somehow just two months after that in april 2017, he was hired as a consultant for enochian a company we're talking about here today.

Now, despite the slight legal issues, mr gurukul was dealing with, innocuous still thought it would be great to move forward with buying his company and taking in public and in january 2018. They did so describing this man as the sole inventor of all the medical technology. He had now after the deal went through mr gomerku made bank. I mean he effectively owned, like 50 of company, not bad for a small town magician of the turkey now funny enough, as he awaited sentencing after pleading guilty to one felony in california.

He actually had to attend the nasdaq bell ringing ceremony and i don't think his probation officer ever got a similar request. Yo my man, i got ta attend the nasdaq belt ceremony. Can i get a waiver now hindenburg research actually spoke to inaudible chairman rene sindlev, who admitted he knew about the 14 felony charges of gumraku in california, but decided to move forward with the deal anyways. Now, i'm sure greed had nothing to do with that decision.

Now. In the years since it went public and nokian paid massive massive, consulting and licensing fees to gumroku and his husband, but to disclose his criminal record to let the shareholders know why i mean i should mention that there was one guy who actually stood up to this. He was the former cfo and i'm saying former because he was actually fired. He currently is suing the company for firing him for asking some difficult questions about the setup so kudos to him.

For that now the crazy part is this has balls of steel because he never stopped his old scam. In fact, once he became the new leader of the nokian, he set up his own personal shop in the same building for his private practice, where he used his newfound cloud to sell miracle treatments to new, desperate patients. Scamming people, out of hundreds of thousands of dollars, claiming to be the next leader of the best next medical company ever now. By this point, it should be clear to you that you know this garbage of a human being is not a real doctor.

In fact, dr pepper is a more doctor than this. What this actually claimed is that he spent 12 years in medical school and earned multiple phds. Now the school he claimed to graduate from russia actually sent hindi book research, a formal letter, basically telling them. They never heard this now.

In fact, according to russian border control, this dude was never even in russia, not as a student, not even as a tourist dude straight up, purchased a fake russian medical degree on the black market, which, unfortunately, i can tell you, is not that hard in russia. Even today, actually nate and his team from hindenburg purchased the same degree with the same dates and actually got the same official stamp as gumroku. They say the process was surprisingly easy. Now by this point, you should not be shocked at the turkish university, which gumr claimed to have his phd from denied.

Having any record of this, the only record of this guy is from some turkish medical school where he began undergraduate studies for potentially maybe becoming a medical student, but never actually graduated, even from that. His highest level of education is literally a high school diploma. Dude was a local magician with the stage name of get this. Dr no now hindenburg got this mother lover on tape performing in shitty turkish magic shops during time periods where he actually claimed to be studying in russia, but that is not even the worst of it.

On may 25th, this year, just about a month ago, he was charged in a murder for hire conspiracy, resulting in the death of mr greg davis. Back in january 2018., press documents say jerry banks of fort garland colorado was allegedly hired by two men to kill gregory davis of vermont. Back in january of 2018. banks went as far as posing as a uniformed u.s marshal to kidnap davis from his home, apparently davis, who was a father of six with a baby on the way was one of his victims and that victim greg davis actually threatened to Go to the fbi and expose gumroku.

This was a key moment for gumruku. I mean he was obviously on the brink of becoming a multi-millionaire. He couldn't afford for this deal not to go through and according to federal prosecutors, he hired a killer who disguised himself as the us marshal had gone to davis home handcuffed. This guy shot it multiple times all to prevent this deal from falling apart.

This is some crazy ass if you thought that he was a crash human being before this is on a whole different level. Now, enochian actually responded to the indictment of this co-founder by claiming in the press release that he has no formal role in the company and that the incident was completely unrelated to the company. Only problem, the company's own sec filings contradict this claim. Many of the techniques utilized in the development of our product candidates have been developed by dr serhat gumruku, and we rely on the services of dr goomerko in the continued development of our pipeline.

Our future performance will depend on the ability to retain the services of mr gomerku. This is from the actual sec filings. Now the company actually claimed back in january 2022 in the shareholder letter from their ceo, that the ideas behind a nokia biosciences pipeline come directly from the inventor dr serhat gumruku, and i get it okay, okay, he was the co-founder and the biggest shareholder, but that doesn't Mean they knew he was a scam artist right well, look since 2018 gumroku has stolen an estimated 20 million dollars in cash from their shareholders and nokia shareholders through a series of license agreements, consultant agreements and a whole bunch of now. That is on top of the 90 million dollars he owns in actual innokian stock.

I would say he did pretty well for himself, but you know, did the company know well during october 14 2020, which was six years after he fled from turkey? Sir, had actually tried to fix things with his own country. He submitted a response to the 2013 warrant, which included a glowing recommendation letter from innokin's own ceo, calling him a rare genius with tremendous potential to advance science, claiming he cured everything from hiv to flu. Oh, this means one thing: we know for a fact that, as of october 2020, enoch nco knew about these criminal charges in turkey, but have never disclosed their existence to investors all while in okin's old market cap went up all the way to 600 million dollars in November 2021, i think that rise in valuation might have had something to do with clouding his judgment a bit. So, let's be clear here in nokia, knew but did not disclose this information about the 30 year old, magician md phd philanthropist, tango, dancer, veterinarian murder suspect they told nothing about it to investors.

Despite clearly admitting he was the man and the living spirit of the company, and unfortunately, it seems that at least some members of the management and some members of the board of enochian knew about what happened. They enabled this. They celebrated him as the next coming of elon musk, now they're attempting to distance themselves. The truth is that at least some of you knew about this guy and those of you who didn't you got played.

You have no business in sitting in the board or the management of a public company. If that happened, you were either complicit or conned. I don't know which one is worse and unfortunately, the lesson here is that we learned nothing from theranos and elizabeth holmes. There's a lot of smart people with diplomas and credentials and experience that fell for this.

This is elizabeth holmes, 2.0 on crack and still there's a lot of people who shouldn't have that got fooled and got played, and the lesson here is quite simple: no matter how good the credentials of people telling you that they have the next cure for everything. Trust your own instincts do your own research and, in the words of frank herbert whenever a messiah is coming along. You better understand that this messiah is dangerous for your health literally and before we sign out.
