Going to try it all until something works.
Accumulate lifelong relationships with the most property owners by not going after the "deal", but by asking "What in the world can I do for you?" and concentrate the conversation around the answer. Capture their email to stay relevant with the ones you connect with forever. Low pressure, hard work wins more listings. I carry 50-60 as a single agent.
