Why does NO ONE say where you can find expired listings phone number. They aren't listed in the MLS. So where do I find them

Hi Tom, I like the expired listing advice you are giving the agents, and I am old school as well. How do you advise agents calling old expireds regarding the DNC list? Is the script generic enough that the do not call list is not a problem? This has been a sticking point for me. Thanks.
Sometimes I watch your shit and think everyone is going to be saying this it's so good. Then I look at the views 14k. There are over a million of us. My God I'm so dumb 16 years in this game and I'm always trying to plow my own road.

Took real estate course here in Fl back in 2005, passed class exam, didnt take state exam. Thinking about taking the class again but am feeling apprehensive as there are more than 250,000 licensed real estate agents here. Amy suggestions on how to set myself apart or is it even wise to pursue again? 😞any comments helpful and thanks

MY email database fucking SUCKS! Companies and realtors address' strewn amongst the leads and shit. Im beyond frustrated with my system and I REFUSE to sit there and add 500 individual contacts manually. What the hell can i do!!!

Tom! Thank you so much for all of the great content you put out. This video is very relevant. My listing team created a ton of success during the seller's market but, like you mentioned, you don't just put a home on the MLS and expect offers to come right now with the shift in the market. What is the best resource for my team and I to study on how to get the place sold in a buyer's market? We are already implementing your 3-tier pricing strategy to try to be priced at a compelling level. Thanks again!!

I attend the TF 2018 Summit in Anaheim, CA. I was truly impressed and motivated to do the work. There was so much information given over the 3 days I attended that it took me about 3 days to allow it to process. Thank you for this informative series, in bit size pieces, is easer to process. For expired s here in Canada we don’t have phone numbers available easily. What do you recommend instead? Letters?
I want to call expired listings but my MLS doesn't have the home owner contact information. so it can get expensive to get data from say Cole or mojo redex Vulcan 7 any advice on other ways to get the information without breaking my budget just over a year agent. done some deals but was generated from direct mail and soi
