What, if you just got honest and said hey just for the next 30 days, i'm going to go on a no news cleanse or a no negativity cleanse. If all you allow planted into your head is doubt lack limitation, fear, anxiety and stress. You probably don't end up with success, joy, abundance, happiness and like a level of certainty, think about it. The great jim rohn once said, you've got to stand guard at the gates of your mind.
You've got to stand guard at the gates of your mind and not let in all the noise, all the negativity, all the anxiety, all the fears. I want to challenge you. If feeling good is the highest priority for anybody like you and i cause when we feel good, we go out and we perform good, but when we feel horrible we don't go out and take action. We don't make phone calls, we don't shoot videos because we're stuck in our head and we know when you're stuck in your head, your head's, a scary place to be and you're in trouble.
So here's my question for you. What, if you got honest with yourself about the content that you do allow in the ideas, the television radio podcast whatever it? Is that you allow in what? If you just got honest and said hey just for the next 30 days, i'm going to go on a no news cleanse or a no negativity cleanse, and i know, as i say, that someone is going to put in the comments but tom. If i don't watch the news, i won't know what's happening in the world and my response is: do you really really really? Are you even serious? Are you serious think about it? The world is full of clickbait they're, designed to fear monger journey, trying to get you to go to their website to watch more information, so they can scare you about something versus standing at the gates of the door of your mind and saying to yourself, i'm in Sales, i'm an entrepreneur, i'm a human being. If i feel good, i perform good, but if i keep planting all these seeds of doubt, lack limitation, fear, anxiety and stress, i'm not going to go out and perform my very best.
You know it and i know it 30-day cleanse 30-day cleanse what if you just cut off that nonsense for 30 days, and you just got focused on being the best you you could be think about it. You.
Thanks, coach! Thirty days I will be done with doubt and fear. I will watch for the thoughts and when they come, cleanse time immediately. Thanks for helping me be more intentional with my actions.
