The 2022 housing market crash is here. Not only is housing inventory rapidly increasing as mortgage rates are substantially higher than where they were at the end of last year, but home prices have actually started to decline. How should we prepare ourselves to buy the dip in the real estate market and how much do we actually think prices will come down here’s my answer.

    I don't see it in CT. I tried to buy a house, just lost another offer, I was over bided by 13k which is 35 over asking price with multiple offers. Decent condition houses prices in CT are over bidding by $30 -50 over asking price and sold with in 1-3 days. Where and when is that house and stock market crash coming? Everything is going up, houses, stock market indexes. At least I don't see and I don't think so it will be a crash, it will be some price correction. we have to many programs which helps people keep houses, plus on top of that a lot of people refinanced homes for much more affordable mortgage payments.

    catastrophe. This CPI report is a colossal failure. To bring the housing market to a halt, the FED will have to pull all the stops. The unfortunate issue is that other markets are being decimated.If you want to stay green, you have to rely on a lot of diversification. Currently up 14% and being careful. Still a better deal than leaving it in a savings or checking account yielding 0-1 percent interest.

    I'll be perfectly honest about the 0 to millionaire real estate course. Just the lowes hack alone will pay you back for your investment in the course. I personally started this course already passed a millionaire in real estate and find 50% interesting and 50% things I already know. But if I was just starting this course would be worth 5k all day… I love being able to get taught by kevin. He is a great teacher and really did it.
