These 2 would of been saying the same things just before the GFC with the same data. If you want to believe people with vested interest like bank economist, brokers, realastate agents remember to be safe with your investments and this pandemic isn’t probably the best time to make big changes
If owners really thought the market was going to crash wouldn’t every house in Arizona be for sale.

I just came back from 2025. House prices will go up 15-20% year or year even with a meteorite hitting throughout the Earth in 2022. This will reduce inventory dramatically and a $500k home will be worth $2 million in 5 years while incomes only will be up 10%. In 10 years houses 500k home now will be worth $5 million. (sense my sarcasm)
