Favorite company that makes leggings is blowing through the roof. What's going on team, it's ricky with tech, bud solutions, and yes, i'm talking about lululemon. Today they reported earnings, as you can see, and after market hours it is up over 13. Look at this on the one day one minute chart, it looks absolutely insane and if you go ahead and take time and watch yesterday's video, i quickly talked about lululemon right before i closed out the video and announcing that be aware, lululemon is about to report earnings And why did i do that? Did i know that lou lemon was about to blow up well no right because well, first off i didn't even take a position.

I thought it would be very exciting, based off of where lululemon was right. Around 380 a share. It was attractive at that price. Right, that's what i talked about it.

Blue lemon has been absolutely killing it. It's been very bullish, very consistent. It has a resistance level based off previous highs at 4, 15 around that general area, and it pulls on back back to previous resistance levels. New support levels right around 380..

It pushed up tested previous resistance levels, just like clockwork right, pulled right on back guess what it tested. 380 right, that's exactly where we were at yesterday, which is why i talked about it. I love talking about stocks that are bullish, good quality companies and that are oversold that are relatively cheap did. I expect this to happen.

Well, no, i actually was really hoping for louis lemon to pull on back, but i want to explain to you what caused lululemon to push up. Of course they reported earnings today and they absolutely destroyed. They destroyed their earnings report and i want to explain to you what was said. Please don't even just stop with this video if you're actually interested in learning more about the fundamental side on lululemon.

Please do your own due diligence, but one of the things that i want you to look at is on the day chart which allows you to really take a step back right. Overall market up, crashed all markets crashed right as we were entering covet pandemic right uh. This was early 2020., we bottomed out right around march and we've been making a recovery ever since lululemon, and we talked about this before was a company like like few others that did very well during pandemic conditions. This was before the pandemic right.

We peaked, we pulled on back. We made a recovery in just what two months to previous highs. Not only did demand exceed previous levels before pandemic, but we exceeded it right. We went from 265 to highs of 400 freaking dollars nearly doubling lululemon like many tech stocks.

Blue lemon is not a tech stock right, but like many tech stocks due to the pandemic, it it excelled during pandemic conditions. Lou lemon has been able to maintain this demand during the pandemic, as we can see right. Not only did we peak after during you know, during the pandemic, not not even just at the midst of during all that controversial uh moments right, but even after which is very, very rare, right pen, when it comes down to lou lemon, they were not just pre-covered Doing well right, they were bullish pre-coveted, they were bullish during covet and they're bullish even after covet. This is very rare.

On the fundamental side, when it came down to the earnings report, they are up year over year, both domestic and internationally, when it comes down to gross sales. On top of that, because of lululemon and its brand and its brand appearance really its influence that it has. On the social media aspect, online sales are through the roof as well everything domestic international online they're, killing it pre-pandemic during pandemic after pandemic. Lou lemon has huge expectations and really not just for the you know women scene, but for a lot of guys i see a lot of guys now wearing lululemon right, it's a very popular brand, it's a very expensive brand, but it's a of quality brand.

Again, i just thought it would be a company worth talking about making sense of its performance. Do i think it's the best deal based off of current highs? Definitely not right. I mean it's a huge push, but i expect some form of correction, of course, but lululemon. I can definitely see myself based off of what it's proven, not what it's said.

It was going to do, not what other people think it's going to do, but what it's proven. It's a well oiled machine where it's done well before kovid, where it's done well during covid, and it's done well and doing well after covid. This is extremely extremely attractive, and this is what i think has caused this outrageous breakthrough to all-time highs for loot, 11. Now trading at 431 dollars, i can see myself investing in lululemon long term.

I just need that price to kind of correct itself a little bit, so i can get at a little bit more of a realistic price, but just thought i'd do a quick little breakdown on the technical and fundamental side, uh based off of earning reports, another company That reported earnings today, let's talk about it for all my holders or i don't know what you guys, call yourself, gamestop down 10. Quite the opposite right, it peaked has pulled back, it's rallied from time to time, and it's pulled back once again. It reported earnings today. This is why it's selling off obviously expectations for you know: gamestop is not going to be there, it's not a fundamentally stable company and it makes sense on why it's crashing on the fundamental side.

There's there's no reason it's valued at this price level. It's down! 10 percent - i can see it crashing even more, but we'll see if we break below the sma line or if we find a support level. So just that i do my job updating you, both on the good with lou, lemon and the bad. But again right.

If you see opportunity or dip by opportunity to be on gamestop, then so be it do i view it to be the safest trade? Definitely not or if you think that you want to go all in on the 11, then great, so be it. But at the end of the day, do i view it to be the best deal? Definitely not.
