Tesla is currently working on a cheap compact car that will start its production in china. In this video, I discuss why Tesla's new vehicle will end ICE forever.

While Tesla has been releasing more affordable vehicles over time, the truth is that Tesla's vehicles are still too expensive for the majority of the population. Tesla's cheapest vehicle right now is the $ 35,000 Model. 3. In that price level is only available in house.
Things are about to change soon. Tesla's goal has always been to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energies in the company's upcoming cheap compact vehicle, we'll help them achieve this goal at a faster pace in this video, I'm gon na go over. Why the evidence points towards a compact car and why this vehicle is not what you think it is a Tesla's, 2018 annual shareholder meeting young musk stated, I think, we'll do a compact car in less than five years, two years later, in early 2020, Elon Musk unveiled. This plan for a Chinese design center, which would be dedicated to designing Tesla's new vehicle, the most important part about Musk's presentation, was when Elon Musk stated that he wanted to make the design radical, like the cyber truck when Tesla opened its Chinese Design Center.
The company released a photo of a Chinese designed compact vehicle Tesla's. Chinese Design Center has been open for over five months now, and the company recently made an announcement on its reach' account that it would be open for submissions from people all across the world. Tesla's Design Center isn't just open to certified designers, but also normal people like you, and I this was a subtle sign from Elon Musk telling us that none of Tesla's higher designers were submitting radical designs. As after five months of designing, there were still no designs.
I Elon Musk liked by opening the Design Center to normal people. This allows for more creativity, most car designers, that get an education in designing our brainwashed with conventional designs and would not even think of submitting a design as radical as the cyber truck. Many of you may be doubting Tesla's ability to bring the cost of its vehicle to a price as low as twenty five thousand or even twenty thousand dollars. However, the economics makes sense for such a vehicle.
A Tesla's autonomy day that took place in 2019, Elon Musk stated that in three years a Robo taxi could cost twenty five thousand dollars or less yeah, I probably say long-term, three years, rubber taxis with with eliminated parts. Yet maybe it ends up being twenty five thousand dollars or less now, Elon Musk does put out some ambitious estimates for the time it takes to achieve a goal, but when it comes to whether or not he will actually do it in this case, the economics make Sense for Tesla to bring down the cost per load - twenty five thousand dollars. If Tesla was to bring the price of its new vehicle to twenty to twenty five thousand dollars, then the demand would easily allow for the economies of scale to play out. For example, if Tesla were to acquire raw materials like lithium and nickel in Mass, this would lower the cost to manufacture Tesla's exoskeleton batteries and every other component needed to build a Tesla. A compact vehicle, by definition, is smaller than usual. This means that testa will be able to use less raw material per vehicle. Therefore, lowering the price of Tesla's upcoming compact vehicle, while Tesla's current vehicles use larger batteries, a compact vehicle will be able to use a battery with far less capacity than Tesla's current vehicles. For example, the base model of the Volkswagen id3 has a range of 205 miles with a 45 kilowatt hour battery pack in a recent Reuters report, Tesla unveiled this plan to give batteries a second life.
This report stated that Tesla is working on recycling and recovery of such expensive metals as nickel, cobalt and lithium through its redwood materials affiliate, as well as new second life applications of electric vehicle batteries and grid storage systems such as the one Tesla built in South Australia. In 2017, by reusing the batteries used in Tesla's upcoming compact vehicle, this will allow Tesla to drive down prices while still producing profits to it. Stationary grid storage systems such as the mega pack, power pack and power wall Tesla's upcoming compacts design, won't be what you think it is when Elon Musk stated that he wants it to be as radical as the cyber truck. It certainly will be the case before the Tesla pickup truck was unveiled.
Many people had their guesses as to what the pickup would look like. Looking back, none of these guesses were even remotely close to the cyber truck. However, while we can't guess the design, we can certainly predict the specs. As long as we look from a business perspective, the cheapest Volkswagen id3 is able to achieve a range of 205 miles while costing below 30,000 euros.
With the combination of Tesla's new CA, TL batteries and cooling system, Tesla will be able to achieve bad respects while costing a cheaper amount. The cheapest cyber truck has a 100 kilowatt hour battery pack and cost $ 40,000. If Tesla was to remove the heavy stainless steel use, a smaller battery pack and reduced the size of the vehicle, Tesla will certainly be able to bring the price down to the 20 to $ 30,000 price for the based model, with Tesla's growing network of superchargers a Vehicle with a 200 mile range would be enough for long road trips, while satisfying most of her daily needs. Tesla's autopilot certainly isn't ready for full self-driving yet, but as the years pass by Tesla's self-driving technology will eventually be at a level 4 for self-driving, whether it be in 5 or 10 years, with the release of a cheaper vehicle, Tesla will have more people adding their Vehicles through the Robo taxi network, resulting in indirect profits for Tesla with Tesla Shanghai gigafactory rapidly-expanding Tesla may be able to meet the demand for the Model 3 and why? After Tesla, is able to meet the demand for its Model 3 and why? It would only make sense to begin producing a cheaper vehicle as a result, I believe Tesla will be able to reveal its new compact vehicle within the next year or two. Let me know whether you would buy a Tesla compact car in the comments section below. If you enjoyed this video, please hit the like button and subscribe. You know see you in the next one:.
Gas isn’t going anywhere… except UP under Dem BS!!!
At 20 G's, I would buy it. I wish they would make a home solar charging station, so I can plug my car in when I get home from work and charge it off the sun He should be able to do that with his home battery easily. That way it would cost me nothing at all to drive that car and I would have a battery back up for my home via my car or the home battery.
Where do you get a 35k model 3 ? The cheapest you can order comes out 42k without autopilot. With your looking at 53k for a midsize car
Like cuber truck, you mean the véhicule that don't exists
So if a Teslas will only cost $20,000 "soon," then why are states loading up on expensive new gas powered police vehicles?
Tesla’s Model S, 3, X, and Y were the pilot light that ignited the fire of EV on the world but I think the complete tsunami of EV adoption will occur with two specific EVs: the Ford F-150 Lightning and the Tesla compact car that retails under $30K. At that point, the worry will be about whether the electric grid will be able to accommodate the demand.
1%…… One percent of the U.S. market is Tesla's slice. Don't get too excited yet, Skippy.
Tesla better hurry up an do something because all major car companies are coming out with a much sexier version of the electric car…what would you rather have a Tesla or an S CLASS electric Mercedes. Be serious
Imagine a whole parking garage of these bursting into flames..
tesla interior looks like the interior a b movie rocket from the 50's.
What of they made a two Seat Tesla for only 10000 or cheper
Forget a Toyota Prius as a first car, this will be my first car 🙂
I’d love to buy the higher end of a radical design. I expect Elon to announce it this year and deliver at least 1/2m next.
not a very intelligent discussion of this topic. sorry
I still doubt Cybertruck eventually keeps its design.
Can't wait for a 20-25K Tesla car or small SUV
The day Tesla will build a car with traditional dashboard that doesn’t make me feel like driving a TV screen on 4 wheels , I’m buying.
I definitely buy one. I have a 50 mile a day round trip commute to work and back which is the bulk of my traveling.
They are going to kill it, I love you Nio !!!!!!!!
Make my stats, go up I love you!!!!!!!!!
I liked the apparently moribund Uniti One subcompact. Tesla's design extends the front to accommodate crash crush pillars.
Yes as long as quality is not demenished and price is below 25k
I would buy a Tesla period, just waiting for the charging stations to be around like gas stations. I fear getting stuck without energy to get home. Especially being a Veteran with PTSD and dealing with Major depression
when he said 25k it mean 50k unless you buy used
Sadly no charging stations anywhere near me, very rural.
I just hope that it wont look like anything out of this world, like the cyber truck.
Yes, I would buy a compact 2-door Tesla coupe! I’m waiting on it and fully expect to buy it, however, it must be attractive (maybe a variation of the roadster 2) not something weird like the Cyber truck.
As you can see the Americans are trying to get better cars for their people but, unfortunately our Australian government is doing nothing to help us, if you want to buy a Tesla car here it will cost you up to 4 times more plus additional taxes, let's stop this abuse.
I live in Medellin Colombia. I have now a Nissan Sentra 2015. I will wait for the new Tesla. Please make it soon. I am 69 year old.
If Elon and Tesla can bring a sub 20,000 dollar car to market it will be game changing. The range and variety of Evs now available is entirely down to Tesla, without a doubt Elon has made the greatest contribution to the evolution of personal mobility than anyone in the last 100 years. Obviously it’s not down to Elon alone, all credit to those visionaries and engineers who have assisted with this amazing progress. Not to mention the others benefits of this amazing technology, storage batteries, solar tiles and too many others to list here.
yeah that's what I want. a compact that weighs 2ton and goes through 2k of tires a year. not to mention the poor build quality.
If it self charges and never runs out of power then yes i would buy it
If recharge time takes same or less to a tank of gas in car of same class size then yes its worth it
Yes, I'd purchase a less costly Tesla; They are driving towards improvement as a life blood energy.
There's no doubt that EV prices will have to drop below $30k in order to hit the greater mass of the market (what is termed as the 'sweet spot'). However, Tesla has used up their Federal EV Tax credits, giving other companies up to a $7,500 price advantage, thus allowing other companies to slide below Tesla's pricing. So, it remains to be seen as to whether Tesla's current customer base will remain loyal. Going to be an interesting 'fight' for market share. Personally, I think Tesla should look at doing what Chinese EV company NIO is planning on… allowing customers to buy the car priced without the battery pack, with the ability to 'lease' the battery, thus bringing monthly cost down for the consumer as well as anxiety over battery life (not to mention giving NIO a very welcome additional profit center) BRILLIANT!! Hmmm… you listening, Tesla?
Thats a teenager car not a family car…ev's only work if you bring the pay scale up to par….make it to where your normal worker can afford a $60,000 car….good luck
Still for the rich, so to get a cheap tesla you have to get a tiny little shit car that can't barely fit a big family…how about instead of making a smaller car you work at bringing the price of your sedan down
