Tesla stock has always been seen as overvalued due to the fact that the company doesn't sell as many vehicles as the legacy automakers yet. However, Elon Musk is looking to change things up, and is preparing for a massive production ramp up.

With Tesla stock reaching all-time highs, it's not a surprise that many analysts are saying. Tesla stock is overvalued. Plenty of short sellers are pointing to the fact that Toyota manufactures millions of automobiles per year, while Tesla only produced three hundred sixty seven thousand five hundred vehicles in 2019. While this is definitely a huge difference, Elon Musk is planning for a massive production ramped up in this video, I'm gon na go over the evidence that points to an upcoming production ramped up and how Tesla plans that do this.

If you're new to the channel, please consider subscribing for more content like this and let's get right into it. When Tesla was beginning to ramp up the model, 3 Elon Musk openly stated that Panasonic was constraining the model to be production. Now the only logical choice to fix this constraint is to put more pressure on Panasonic, obtain more suppliers and increase battery production from current suppliers and maximize battery production. In-House recent evidence is showing that Tesla has been moving forward with all three of these options, hinting at the fact that Tesla is preparing for a massive production.

Rampa Tesla recently signed a 3-year deal with Panasonic that includes production capacity, commitments by Panasonic and purchase volume. Commitments by Tesla over the first two years of the agreement, Tesla's new deal, puts pressure on Panasonic by forcing them to ramp up, while Panasonic's ramped up will certainly help with battery production. The number of batteries manufactured still wouldn't be enough to scale to millions of vehicles. Lg Chem recently agreed to start producing batteries in its Korean Factory, but that's not the part that hint at Tesla's production, ramped up in a Reuters report announcing the deal an anonymous person familiar with the matter stated that Tesla is asking not only LG Chem, but other Suppliers that increase supplies as its cars are selling well.

Tesla is openly asking every battery supplier to increase their battery production and is going as far as to get LG Chem to manufacture batteries in Korea. Tesla is obtaining more suppliers and increasing battery production from its current suppliers in order to scale to millions of vehicles. Tesla must also maximize battery production. In-House Tesla has recently been experimenting with this in its Fremont factory under Tesla's Fremont battery project operational electrical consumption is projected to increase to nearly ninety two thousand eight hundred megawatt hours per year.

This equipment is assumed to operate 24 hours per day for 365 days per year. There's only one reason why Elon Musk is keeping the battery production up for 24 hours per day. He's testing whether he'll be able to maximize the battery production capacity be 24/7 in the Texas or Tulsa factory. This is proof that Tesla is maximizing battery production capacity in house Tesla semi was originally planned to start production in 2021, but Elon Musk ended up announcing the volume production of the semi much earlier than expected.
This was mainly due to two factors: there's an annoying and arrogant guy on Wall Street and that Tesla is no longer battery constrained at the base level of the Tesla semi and the Model 3. The semi has a battery 12 times larger than the Model 3 that the vehicle only cost four times more than the Model 3 as an automaker that is usually battery constrained, Tesla wouldn't begin manufacturing the semi unless the company is able to ramp up its battery production. Another key sign pointing towards a production ramped up is the redesign of the Tesla Model Y when Tesla designs the model, why the company focused on removing the production issues with the Model 3. For example, according to Sandy Munroe, the model trees underbody went from 70 pieces of metal to two pieces of metal in the model.

Why a recent tweet by Elon Musk states that Berlin model y is the one to watch. That is a revolution in automotive body engineering. In a follow-up comment, a user named Apollo asked musk if he was referring to the single or two-piece frame, cast Elon responded by saying even more Tesla's upcoming European model Y will be much easier to assemble than before. As of today, Tesla is still supply constrained.

So would it make sense to lower the price of Tesla's vehicles? However, if Tesla was ramping up its production on a massive scale, it would make sense that increase the demand for its vehicles. This is not only because Tesla wants that boost demand, but also because the economies of scale allows Tesla to maintain high margins Tesla's recent price cut of the model. Why, two days ago, along with its price cut of the Model 3 s and X 3 weeks prior, is a manifestation of Tesla's production. Ramp-Up Elon Musk has been hinting at Tesla's upcoming, compact vehicle and van for quite a while.

Now, most recently, on July 10th, a Twitter user said, model Y is still too big for some cities in Europe. What about smaller, european-style, hatchbacks Elon Musk answered this question by stating probably a good one to design an engineer in Germany, along with the European designed a compact Elon Musk also leaked that Tesla was creating a u.s. designed electric van and a Chinese designed a compact car In order to begin manufacturing a cheaper Tesla, the company must first meet the demand for the more expensive model 3, and why? After raw from a business perspective, it wouldn't make sense to start selling a lower margin vehicle when you haven't met the demand for the higher margin cars. Yet, to sum it all up, Tesla is secretly preparing for a massive production ramped up and it's just a matter of time before begins selling as many vehicles as the quote-unquote big boys.

Tesla would probably learn from the early mistake Hyundai made with their Santro compact car in my India.
Hyundai generated such a huge demand…but they were unable to produce Santro fast enough…so customers went for Maruti WagonR and Tata Indica…till Hyundai ramped up its production.
Tesla knows better and I expect their small hatchback would be their WORLD CAR as many countries in Europe and Asia prefers them for many reasons…the chief being traffic and parking congestion…and ofcourse the PRICE!
But…the future indeed belongs to TESLA!

never take short sellers word they ae biased tword lower price. short sellers are usually over 90% wrong in my opinion.

  3. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jon Jennings says:

Every battery Tesla buys from a supplier like Panasonic or LG Chem is one less battery shipped to VW Group, Polestar or Kia/Hyundai. Buying up all the woulds battery supplies
would severely restrict the rate legacy car manufacturers could catch up with Tesla.

To buy the stock at the moment is taking some girl power. FOMO! It's fun to watch from the touch line. My video seems a little outdated but thats the nature stock investing

Ramp up from 0.35 to 11 million is a large one. I think Tesla will hit max production in a few years and it will be around 1M cars per year. Then the others will catch up and Tesla development will move focus away from EVs into new areas. Tesla will never be a mass market producer, that is other's job.

I think the battery ramp-up is likely and necessary, and the speed at which the Giga factories are being built we can see major growth in production.

Many , many detractors of Tesla… these are people, paid or not, to downplay Tesla’s meteoric success as oil companies are dying…. and the oil moguls are desperate to hold onto one more day…. not gonna happen..

  8. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars James Ellis says:

Ramp up for sure. The question is how fast ? And at what quantity. Seems probable at about 50% every two years or so-…imho

its like having a discussion with children, 101 of economics is that there needs to be a demand side of the equation, pathetic and biased analysis and lack of critical thinking

Chinese and German auto makers did secure the lithium supply with long term deals.
They might play their card and restrict Tesla, till they figure out different batteries.

Here is an idea for selling cars in India. Take the current Tesla lineup and shrink each car by 40% have little mini versions of them. And build them in India.

Great video 👍 but 🤔🤔 IT IS NOT A SECRET 😁 Tesla OPENLY asked EVERY battery supplier for more batteries 😎… which is very self serving and squeezes the other OEMs in finding other batteries to make for THEIR cars😌🤓

Just imagine if they created an electrical capture, storage and drive system applicable for boats.

Lol, yes, but it’s not a secret. An exponential ramp has always been the plan. (Didn’t watch the video, just commenting on the title).

Annoying and Arrogant? Literally the exact thing said about guys like Einstein, Jobs, Bezos, and Musk too. You Tesla nut huggers, your view is sooooooo narrow minded. Smh

  18. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jeff Harmed says:

Someone said a manufacturer has to sell at least 3% of the car market to be significant. That means Tesla needs 3 million manufactured per year. I think he should aim for 12 million to make the US market self sufficient. After covid19, it’s all about self-sufficiency.

  19. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Roger Froud says:

Tesla runs marathons compared to the unhurried Sunday stroll of their competitors. Tesla's future is no longer in doubt and the short sellers and doubters have been thoroughly humiliated. They already have superior battery and self driving technology, and are no longer newbies in car design and manufacture. All this has been achieved while the complacent auto industry just assumed they'd go bust.

They now have at least a 5 year head start on the competition, and they're still running faster away and the competition can't and don't seem bothered about catching up.

These things are why the shares are highly valued by investors. Tesla are unique in throwing out the old and starting with a clean sheet, without the baggage of 100 years of outdate ICE legacy ideas that hang like a millstone around their competitor's necks.

Sounds logical to me. Batteries seem the bottle neck. Once he has additional batteries doing the semi becomes or appears closer to a reality.

Hey! Love the vids. Id like to make a suggestion for an editing experiment. That beat you use is great. Can you try a video where you lower all the rest if of the levels on the beat except the bass while you talk? I think it would sound great!

if tesla are preparing a secret ramp up, how do you know about it? It can't be a secret then.

That is unfair to compare Tesla with Toyota, the later has been around for more than sixty years in the international Auto industry and has factories world wide, but that is the argument you would get from losers I suppose. Might get me a pair of those red shorty shorts.

I'm 28, I've never done any lessons or passed a test.

Don't see the point, we are on the cusp of massive changes, I'll wait for reliable ecars.

For now I've got my ebike 😁

  25. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Michael Felder says:

I don't tweet so can someone get this to Elon?
Idea: Use Graphene aerogel as a noise and thermal insulation in your cars. At 7 times lighter than air it should reduce weight and increase thermal insulation while eliminating weight across the whole vehicle. Perhaps adding additional buoyancy to the increase the chances of the cybertruck doubling as a fishing boat. Refrigeration insulation for the Semi.

  26. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Luis Monge says:

I think Tesla Europe should start on a compact sedan and tesla semi team should also develop a cargo van using the a lighter semi platform

  27. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jim Watkins says:

It's hard to predict the future but it seems to me that Tesla is building massive capacity which will be unmatched by any other maker. These factories are ultra modern and vertically integrated. All this plus increases in battery technology has to have a very positive effect and lower costs.. And while everyone is focusing on cars don't forget the huge potential in residential energy. With increases in battery technology and solar cell they now have the ability to take any home off the grid and have reliable, sustainable energy which is cost free except to initial cost. To me all this adds up to an energy/economic revolution not seen since the industrial revolution.

  28. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Mark Plott says:

Casgains – Tesla will not make a VAN anytime soon, its got too much on its plate , Fremont model Y ramp, GF3 Model 3 Ramp + finishing construction of Model Y plant, GF4 Still has to be built, Tesla still has to produce the SEMI, NEW Roadster and Cybertruck.
so, i do not think Tesla VAN is a priority at this point.

  29. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Mark Plott says:

Cassgains – Tesla will be using LG Chem in GF4 Berlin Exclusivly , and CATL at GF3 Shanghai.
this take stress off of GF1 and use Batteries for FREMONT and International orders.

I may be wrong but I thought I read they just stood up a second GA tent in Fremont as well.
