In case you haven’t heard, Ron Baron ($3B net worth and $30B AUM) who bought Tesla at $40 per share (before the split) just said the target company valuation for next 5 years is $2 Trillion. Meaning, it’s still a great buy today.

I'm pretty sure Warren Buffett would stay away from Tesla. It has little in the way of moats, and is MASSIVELY overvalued.

Bad advice.
Investor has one stock making 45% of funds weight, what an exposure! How's that still called investment and not gambling? He obviously will say great stuff about TSLA, he has to, he's hostage of its price, it is make or break for him. Worth analysing yourself, TSLA rose from $50 level to $400+ in 10 months, not 2, 3 or 4 years as cleverly injected in video. That's tenfold increase in price in space of less than 1 year. If that doesn't raise warning lights of appreciation fuelled by speculation then I don't know what should. Always do your own research.
Everything you are saying now to defend Tesla was said about the market before the 2008 crash…, Wall Street is gambling with $5K suits and since the whole CDS era investors have been looking to cash in on a similar scam. Tesla is one of those scams. Remember, this is an industry that expects tax payers to cover their losses and has amnesia for its mistakes.

Tesla has 1% of the global market. Toyota has 12%, yet Tesla is "valued" (on paper) twice as much
VW, GM, Mercedes, and Ford plan to spend $82 Billion in EV. Tesla? $1.8 Billion.
Vehicle quality complaints have skyrocketed on Teslas, 250 problems, per 100 sold. Much higher than industry average
Self driving. Waymo (google), GM Cruise, and Ford’s Argo AI startup all ranked higher than Teslas self driving capabilities.
Tesla did have an advantage in battery a couple of years ago, other companies are advancing much better recently
Range. BMW, Rivian, and Ford's Mach-E have the same, or better range despite Teslas multi-year head start.
Don't let me stop you from investing if you got the balls. Go for it, just do your own research instead of listening to talking heads
This is the biggest fraud in modern history. Never in its 16 years has it turned a yearly profit or a quarterly profit without the emissions tax credits. The emissions tax credits are going away soon. Why do you call this a growth company when sales in the core markets are slowing?

U are definitely right. If I can make 500k investing in apple which I started 10 years ago, Tesla can. Before I just can’t explain this companies price action but when it sold off after the split, I added 200 shares to my portfolio. Even tho apple willl always be my number one, i don’t need to go all in on one stock anymore. TSLA has hype and with the market like this u have to ride that. Play the long game and u will never lose.

Tesla will be close to 10B by 2030.
It will do it just by maintaining its current growth rate (same rate it had for last 10 years).
I do not see any reason why it will slow down its current rate.
Tesla will dominate car market, it will dominate mass energy storage and domestics storage, auto-bidder software, it will sell hundred thousands of solar roofs and N million contracts for car insurance every year.
It will sell FSD as additional product as its doing already – making billions on this one alone.
And even people who agree with this forecast, predict only 2B? That is unreasonable. Even if you are sand-bagging your prediction, 2B is too little.
S&P 500 will regret TSLA’s prompt admission to the “Club” of Tesla haters, it would be too expensive for them to catch up with balancing their portfolios. Capital flight direct to Tesla will leave naysayers banging their heads against the wall in regret.

I clicked on this because I saw the original prediction…. Which is exactly what it is. Don't make a statement of fact and end it with a question mark. Instead ask the question and word it in correct English…. ie "Is Tesla a $2 trillion company"?… Its just repeating somebody else's work…. And misleading to get views!

I like Tesla, but I would say that Toyota has DOUBLE the value of Tesla. Toyota makes excellent products, with high quality control in them, but Tesla builds cars that have a lot of quality control problems in them, lots.
