Yo good morning, you guys welcome to another video. This is going to be a very special type of video. I've not done a vlog in a very long time, but i figure i start documenting my life and showing you guys what i do on a day-to-day routine trust me. It's not that interesting, anyways uh today, i'm gon na go to the gym.
One of the habits that i've been picking up over the past few months is to do a physical activity of some kind every single day. So let's go to the whiteboard so yeah. I try to do something physical. I try to this is like just my daily routine meditate, twice a day journal for 15 minutes a day, do gym or physical activity and then read for 15 minutes a day.
So yesterday i or two days ago i went rock climbing with my buddy, michael i'm planning to go to the gym. Today i went boxing yesterday, so i've been diversifying the amount of different exercises to attend to on a scale level. So at the peak of my fatness i was at 196 pounds. I was like the dirtiest bulk i've ever done in my life right now.
I am at 173, no water, no food and believe it or not. Last week i was at 165 pounds my apartment's kind of messy, so i do want to clean it up later today. Let me go ahead and grab my keys. I was running the sticks yesterday with some of the boys but uh here's some of the books that i've been reading mindfulness.
This is actually a really really good book. I i would say the most valuable is the beginning right here. Like the first 20 pages uh. Yesterday i got some packages.
I got a hard drive and i noticed that a lot of videographers use this one. The g drive g stands for the gang yeah. It's a solid drive i'll show you guys uh what it looks like in my setup. I have this paired up with the uh uh.
The grove made desk setup thingamajig, so it's a pretty solid setup and then right now, i'm just going to hydrate as soon as i wake up try to drink some water. Usually my kitchen is not. This messy got another package here. Some air filters - and these have been my favorite headphones recently.
These are the and i just literally whacked it on my counter. These are the apple airpod, maxes big shout out to my boy. Humphrey yang humphrey actually went ahead and sent me these and he gave it to me as a gift. Last time we met up in miami, so you wear them just like this, and the cool thing about these headphones is that you can't see your haters and um.
I've had bows, i have sonys, i've had pretty much every brand of headphones, you can think of, and these are absolutely my favorite and believe it or not people co. I don't know if it was coincidence. Maybe it was the one day i decided to wear these and someone was just like interested in it, but someone complimented me on these headphones and i wear them all the time. But the reason why i don't like those because the noise canceling is too strong.
So maybe that's a good thing for others, but i got like back issues and i always hear my back like cracking and tweaking. Let me know if you guys ever experienced this and if you wear noise cancelling headphones, you can hear the cracks in your body amplified like in my neck and upper shoulder. So if i'm doing work, it's just mad uncomfortable hearing like tweaks, it's literally like old pipes moving, that's not that's, probably definitely not normal anyways. The the noise blocking technology on this isn't like a suction cup style, where i'm like hearing the inside of my own body, but this it probably makes no sense. This doesn't do it. I really like these hands down one of the best investments and and whenever i do work, putting on headphones kind of puts me into the zone, so it's like when i put it on i'm more focused for whatever reason i really enjoy it. What i eat on a day-to-day basis, i eat steak every day and before you think it's like, oh that's so bougie man, you see it's not like that. It's literally just the easiest thing for me to cook.
All you have to do is put salt and pepper on a pan and you're good to go. There's not many foods. You can do that where it doesn't come out tasting like so i went to whole foods. I got some shrimp and some salmon that i'm gon na meal prep and then i have one more piece of steak here.
That's been dry asian, i've salted. All of that and then i got some mother's kimchi. I got some more in here as well and that's what we got for the most part. I also got some ground beef that i'm gon na cook up too.
At some point, one thing i like to do is drink some water in my non-financial advice cup. So this water company is actually really sick. I get this custom delivered last time they forgot to pick it up, so i just got like a little family of empty glass, but the reason why i like this water is because it's all natural spring water, all right. So this is the company of the spring water.
You can bulk order and they'll deliver it. It depends on where you live too, because they only come out to the rockville area like once a month. So i have to make sure i get enough water because i usually run out and usually have to get some more gallons. Water is so important and i believe the source of water is important as well.
I just think spring water is so much better for you than any type of tap and if you're living in the united states oftentimes spring water delivery is much cheaper than you would imagine. I believe this uh five gallon. I think it's like 20 bucks, which is really not bad at all, and i just think it's worth it and if it's for your health and it protects you more or whatever, or makes you more productive and you make more money, the investment is there all right. Well, i'm going to the gym, so the only type of caffeine that i get my source from is matcha.
It's just healthy and i don't get a crash. Let me see i'm literally out of this. No oh just kidding. I have another one. Please have some okay! Well, i cancelled my amazon prime membership uh because i just wasn't buying things on amazon anymore. I rarely spend money uh nowadays, so i ordered some matcha. The only place i know of is amazon unless i go to the grocery store, but it seems like amazon. This one in particular has been my favorite brand.
This one has been potent yeah um. I got ta wait for my matcha to come in, but i've been drinking this every morning and i'll show you guys how that's done there's not much in here, but this is so little all right. Well, we'll go with it. Let me get some hot water all right, so you got this guy and normally just uh mixer up like that.
This is not even enough, though, so i'm just gon na just gon na drink, my regular pre-workout all right, whatever i'm gon na, take two scoops of this and got a little bit of ice all right. So here's our caucasian little bit of that a little bit of that not too much. I think i got to get some new ones of this. How stale it's like a rock right now, can't even uh get any of this out.
Let me scrape this boy, i'm sure if i taste test cheers takes like what it looks like go, it's funny how things changing by the span of a year. Guess i didn't see it coming now. There's blessings in here when i was younger, saying prayers to the big man. Upstairs i told him if he walked on water, then i know i'm secure all right guys going to the car right now headed to the gym.
Where did our parks on you feel me? Now you know what i'm talking about, i'm talking about no need of trying to figure out what god's already all right guys. So i'm heading out of my wow, my goodness, i don't know how vloggers do it yo all right guys, so i just made it to the gym here, and one of the conversations i wanted to have was being a creator and just some of my struggles. So earlier this year, i wasn't even sure if i was going to hit 500 000 subscribers. That was still stretching.
I had that plan for being the goal of what i hit at the end of this year, but, as you guys know, it was definitely a crazy crazy year so far and we were able to hit that goal really quick alongside the subscriber goal. I also had revenue goals, and i told myself if i was able to make half a million dollars this year at that stage as a youtuber i'd be very happy, because that would still be double of what i made last year and i just felt that being The most plausible acceptable goal that we could have, so we were able to hit those goals really quick and one of the struggles that i now have have as an entrepreneur and as a creator is learning to set the bar even higher. Because a lot of this, i never thought would ever be possible and when you accomplish these goals a lot quicker than you expect, you have to keep raising the bar. Otherwise you get content.
So i remember having a conversation with one of my other creator, friends nate and he was telling me like brian. You got to raise the bar for yourself even higher much earlier on before i'd accomplished my goals, because, if you he told me, if you kept those goals in mind, even if you somehow meet it like a quarter way, there you'd still be above, where you normally Set your goals so now i'm setting it even higher a million subscribers by the end of the year still seems to be an outrageous goal. If we compare ourselves to where we were just at the beginning of the year revenue wise, like i said we made, we made our goal revenue for the channel within the first two three months, so it's just been absolutely crazy. Being where i am right now with the situation, but i'm gon na keep pushing myself higher because you can always still keep climbing that ladder and uh. One of the things i want to do is make sure i don't get content here and i still stay driven because out of all the goals that i have so far accomplished, there are many more obstacles to come and there are many more things that i still Want to accomplish in this life so we're still getting started. So circling this conversation back to the topic of what i had said earlier as a creator. What i struggle now with the most is really just creating content and really just enjoying the videos that i put out uh i there are some days i love making crypto news updates. There are some days where i love making credit card updates, but there are days where i absolutely have to grind it out, where i don't feel like doing work like that at all, or i just want to spend time with my friends or my family, and i Know that i need to keep creating content in order to stay relevant to the algorithm, and also on top of that that i just continue to progress the subscriber count and the goals that i've set.
No matter what happens, i'm also very recognizing of all the trends that come and go and my skills as a creator to adapt to it. So hopefully, whenever the next trend comes, whether it's crypto going back to that crazy bull run or meme coin stirring up or even the stock market, just absolutely going wild. I know things are going to pick up q4. I don't know what it's going to be end of the year, though, whenever things become this low, which we are right now in its current season, my channel has been getting what like 50 60 000 views of video.
It hasn't been doing as well as it was a few months ago and i've been seeing the views reflect across most channels too, but at the same time i know that i'm not being as consistent as i can as a creator, and that's just for my own Mental well-being - and that's just so - i don't get burnt out out here, because it is definitely a struggle some days where, if you don't want to film content - and you do you just start kind of hating what you do. Hopefully, that makes sense, uh there's a lot of time and effort that goes into these youtube videos, there's a lot of time, editing, planning it out and most people may see me just reading the website or reading the articles, but behind the scenes i have to dive Deep into those articles, i have to read through hundreds of them before i can pick out, maybe five or ten that i feel fit go alongside the youtube channel that maybe people would find more relevant and care about. So you know, on top of doing the research on top of maintaining the group in the community that i've created, then you got to do the research on the thumbnail, the title what's poppin and it's just it's a lot of work for a one-man army and i've Been looking to outsource a lot of these projects, but it's one of those scary steps where i don't want to necessarily do just yet, because i got a lot of issues, trusting people that i don't know. But i know the right person is going to come along. I've had a lot of people. I've had actually two people that come to mind right now that have emailed me and they're, like dude i'll like intern, for you i'll work for you i'll do whatever for you right now. I just want to learn from you and like get to know you better and uh. I might take up some of those opportunities, but the last few times i took those up, it didn't end.
Well, there's always some not all the time, but there are always sometimes some like weird people that be reaching out man, so we'll see how it goes. You guys, anyways. That was like kind of where i'm at right now with the creator, and hopefully i can do more. Videos like this, where i share my struggles or where i'm at right now in my entrepreneurial youtube phase, but i'm gon na keep grinding until q4, because you know when cpms pick up when views go up.
I know that's when it's going to be wild right now. I'm trying to figure out a lot of processes so before it gets really busy, i'm more well prepared, and one of those is actually finding a new home. So my apartment lease is supposed to end in january when things usually get busy for youtube. So what i want to do is find a home close on a home before q4 starts, and i don't mind if i'm still paying like an extra one or two months for my apartment lease.
I could just let my friends use it or let my sibling use it regardless. I know that you know those couple extra thousand dollars is not gon na be a huge deal for me. If i know that i have a well set up studio - and i know i'm grinding out - videos not having to worry about moving boxes, setting up cables, reorganizing the office. So the goal right now is to reach out to a couple mortgage lenders to reach out to a couple real estate agents and to start touring some homes to see uh what i find in this area to be the right fit.
Initially i was looking at townhomes to move into. I don't think that is going to be an option that i want to pursue. Just because i realized i might be getting another vehicle soon and now i have two vehicles. I still have the taco, and i still have this s5 right now, and i've been looking to get more of an exotic car both for tax purposes. It would be a business expense write-off and i also just want it as an investment as well right now. The used car market is absolutely through the roof and i might make a fully dedicated video on this, but there was a chance that it wasn't even a chance it. I pretty much had put my deposit down for a huracan evo and the reason is not because it's like, oh all, of a sudden i'm making this money and it's time for me to blow it. That's really not in my character.
What i wanted to do was actually purchase this vehicle to flip back onto the used market because all the huracan evos right now they are getting sold for over msrp. So there is actually a lamborghini dealership about 40 minutes away from me and if i live in the tri-state area of the dmv, they actually give you the msrp price instead of upselling it to you like they are to anyone out of state. So i was about to sneak into a deal that they had where a guy was not able to give them the full deposit that they were looking for. It was taking them a while, and they told me if i put in my deposit i'll be first in line the car is mine, lamborghini announced a project called like project electric or electrify or whatever they call in it.
So that's actually going to put an end to the supply of all of the exotic vehicles that are running on v10 gasoline engines and on top of that, the used car market just absolutely being wild. And i don't see it recovering for the next six months. Minimum minimum, so i could drive a car for free and make at least 30 to 50 grand on it, because i was able to buy it after taxes for about 270 000. I would, of course, finance most of it just so i can have my cash balances here and what's really interesting, like with the whole car situation.
So when you get like an expensive exotic vehicle, they actually have much better ties of getting you higher amounts of financing. So if i were to go to my credit union like pen, uh pentagon federal guys, they first of all, they don't have lamborghinis even in the drop down menu of the um, like loan application that you can look for, and on top of that they don't give You more than a hundred thousand dollars for that vehicle, so i i couldn't even get it approved by them. Uh when i went to the audi dealership to look at an r8 which is still appreciating, but not as much lamborghini is in a completely different category. It's selling like crazy, it is the price of it is absolutely insane.
The r8 is much cheaper, it's about 100 grand cheaper msrp than the evo, and they actually denied me for a auto loan. So it's so funny because you know my credit score is fine. I'm definitely in my own percentile of the income bracket that i'm in for my age and the reason why i got declined is because they said my average length of history, for my credit is too low. It might just be because i have my taco still and i have my s5 and it hasn't even been a year and i'm looking to get another vehicle loan and i told them. I want to do as little money down as possible, so lamborghini man. They were like really stepping in they're, like hey, we'll get you approved, for whatever you want. Do you want to put down 10 or 20 grand i was like sheesh. I can put down that little like i was ready to put down at least 20 on it and he's like you can put down as little as you want.
We have the best rates and we have we work with like banks exclusively. I know dealerships will say that to you know, mess with you, but i actually check out the rates almost every day when i was buying that car. So i actually knew what the industry standard was with penn fed. I was even seeing like a 2.49 interest rate.
I believe the uh month was 70 months and anything after that anything after 72, i think, is when it jumped up to 3, but lamborghini was very competitive with their rates. I gave him my deposit. I was ready to pick up this black huracan evo uh, and i was gon na resell. It at the end of this year, put a little bit of miles on it, and i knew that it would have sold either way, especially with the shortages that we're seeing.
Now and lamborghini completely being out of stock right now, and they said that estimated they would receive more units in about six months. So that's when i was trying to plan a lot of these things. It didn't end up working out because the guy who did put in his deposit ended up wiring his money where it took about two to three business days and eventually they got it sucked for me, because i sent him my deposit didn't pretty much. They told me about two or three times i had it.
I had it, don't worry and they were like going back and forth and all of a sudden, it's like, oh sorry, like the guy, ended up buying it. It's like man. I just made the mental commitment to do this, but everything happens for a reason, and after all of that shout out to one of my good friends, peter who's been like advising me through. All my car stuff, too, he's been helping me out a ton and he was even telling me like his dad every car that his father has bought.
He has made money on it and the only ways you can do that is with i don't know an unspoken pandemic like this or you buy exotic luxury vehicles and you find out that you never lose money. You can actually make money on those assets. So i love cars, i love driving and in my area there are some beautiful streets uh for me to take a cruise in so i just figured it would be perfect for it. So i figured that was just a perfect opportunity for me to capitalize on, but i realized with the window of me looking to get a home right now.
Being so close to you know this possibility of me getting a car. I don't need to keep adding these unnecessary inquiries at the moment, so i'm just going to focus on the house, i'm going to be content with the vehicles. I have because really i'm still blessed with what i'm able to drive. I just wanted to capitalize at least on this used car market here and i could have created a click bait video like the zero dollar lamborghini, not even the the minus thirty thousand dollar lamborghini. If i was able to sell that at the profit at the peak of this market - but i'm not gon na complain out here because, like i said, everything happens for a reason and i'm just gon na move on uh, but i am holding off on cars at The moment uh other than the the huracan evo and the r8 my other car was looking at - was the amg gtr, absolutely fire vehicle um. I want to get into porsches like later down in the road, but i want something more more. A little flashier right now, especially while i'm still 24, and i know like for the more performance orientated and more comfortable sports cars - i can get into those anytime 28, 30 years old. But right now before i even approach like the technical like 25 year old mid-20s, i want to enjoy some of the flashier stuff.
What i also like to do is just check what crypto does during the mornings. Bitcoin is at 38k right now and you'll you'll see this huge drop-off that we had so it's funny is because i started recording yesterday's video at the tip and, as i was progressing, it was going down. Sometimes that happens, which is wack, but you can see we're getting a quick recovery and people are still accumulating back up, which is very, very nice. So right now what i have on my agenda list, i need to call back jpmorgan chase.
There's a branch near rockville where i'm well connected to one of the vps there, and i i need to get my account set up just so i can get access to if i need a mortgage from them or just open my open my doors to different institutions, All right, let's go work out. That's why i keep airing it out like i just passed gas. Oh yeah, it started from the bottom, but we made the top found out what the blueprint was and then we made it pop yeah and i just keep coming with verses, got the boy collecting bags. I'm like a woman messing up from the hustle, all my bottles had to seal on them running through them.
Hoes look like prescott in the field. I just got out the gym. I was in there for a lot longer than i wanted to be, but it's now that i got this camera with me and then i ran into one of my old boys. Daniel haven't seen him in a minute uh and then i got like a phone call in there from chase bank, so i'm finally getting out the gym.
Now. It's one o'clock p.m. It's kind of late in the day. So normally i would cook but um.
I'm gon na just go ahead and grab chipotle. I also realized. I don't have my wallet on me and i really hope i just left it at home and i completely forgot about it. Anyways, let's go get some chipotle. It is hot right now sheesh, it's uh. It says it's a hundred degrees right now, my goodness! Yes, could i get brown rice, black beans and extra chicken. Please alright guys. So i just took a shower eating my first meal, some chipotle right now, extra chicken guac some chips show fire fun fact in high school.
I was known as mr chipotle, because all i did was eat chipotle all the time man i would skip class in order to get chipotle with my boys alrighty guys. Thank you all so much again for watching and until next time, peace out ain't no way that we can stop.

You made it in such a young age. Wow….

Hey buddy. A lesson I learned that keeps me going beyond just numbers and goals is Giving. And while it may sound a cliche, I’m not talking a about philanthropy even though it’s great. For me it was figuring out how to take what I love and what I built and giving the same opportunity to people who are hungry for it. It’s a challenge, it’s a huge investment in people since you are giving your time. However I found that excites me and helps me wake up in the morning with fire in my stomach so that’s the journey I’m on. You sound like in a similar place to where I am. Remember to appreciate the blessings in your life.
BRIANNNNNNN EXCEPT MY TWITTER FRIEND REQUEST
