There is no real job, every place that worked I was forcefully dragged into politics. I think we should study politics to keep a job, too many ass holes at work.

Problem with people trying day trading is they’re using like $1000
You can’t make any money with that
Been waking up at 5AM every day before work, to learn about trading, and I also try to squeeze in some more learning at night time, but with kids and being tired from work, the concentration level is just not there at night time. I run my own business and that alone is exhausting already, but I want change in my life and I see trading as a way to get there, even though day trading sounds very daunting to me, I have been long trading for a quite a bit already.
I've heard it all but my counter is always "would you rather me spend my spare money on crack?" It's easy to judge a person but you can't knock a person trying to make money legally even a failure is a learning experience!
Thanks this helps to push forward. Been day trading for about a year… been testing a ton of strategies and learning. I'm mostly breaking even… but I feel I am getting close to finding a consistently profitable strategy.
Like you say trading is a business. (I would rather risk having a business) Some people arent meant to day trade(90% or more fail) and need the comfort that comes with the limited income and potential of a job. In my 4th year now its all starting to come together but, im still just beginning. Love your opinion and the video. And the bad jokes
Shay i love what you had to say about win rate. Yes it may mean taking more trades but losing small is key. And there are times when that can be hard.
Ya get a job alright. I had a job for life for 30 years. They changed companies. It it all went to hell. This is the best stuff ever sure beats making the 6 00 news by sticking a plant and plant holder up someone's star fish with crazy glue.

I know I am so much older than her, but her ending comments at the end of her videos sometimes to me are the best point. She indeed has so much wisdom for her age. Truth is, this is your life. You have to do what you see fit.

love this video, I feel the same, I work as a software developer at one of the FANNG companies, and I hate the political battle at work, everyone for themselves, but in trading, I met a lot of friends willing to share, it's amazing.

Love what you said about overestimating the 6 months to a year gains, but under estimate further into the future 🤩
Once I decided to trade on a daily basis, I made a spreadsheet with different scenarios on how much to put in and my expected earnings each day, and I made it so I could trace my journey.
Like you said, the first year or so has little profits, but just keeping the profit, reinvest it and on top of that add fresh capital each month, gives me some very satisfying numbers down the road.
Also with that said, ive had both good and bad days, some days felt catastrophic, but all in all, I'm well over my expected number this far in, and I'm quite happy about that 😊
Good luck to all of you out there who also has started your journey, wish you all the best, and remember, it's all about patience and keeping a cool head, you'll learn along the way and get better with time, so put in the time 😊

Thank you so much, I really felt that your advice was sincere and honestly needed to hear it, I am in a kind of position where I am taking a risk w/ my career but I really want to do it cause I see a lot more potential and cons in day trading than what I could find in any other career. Wish me luck. I made some big profits than equal big losses but I now realize the mistakes I made and have been steadily getting more comfortable at it, and I was watching your videos, today was the first time I found you, I realized what I learned from my mistakes already demonstrated and explained in your videos, you ve given me hope thank you.

Thanks for being so transparent as well. I have a Humble request though. Can you show your size (number of shares traded or $ amount traded) when you put your P/L statement up? Reason being, although we might be able to quess by looking at the screen with the arrows. They are not specific enough to know the exact level of entry. Bottom line, what I'm trying to get at is to be able to see/compute what your % gain and loss is. Are you cutting losses at 1-2% and letting winners run to 8-12% or whatever. Would be really helpful to assist in setting up our own risk management levels. Also, # of shares would allow us to see what is meant by starter size, how much is added, and what size you are holding for the Runners. Maybe you have reasons you don't want to show that and that's fine. Still love you either way… Thanks…!
