What's up everybody welcome back to the channel today is the stimulus update for Friday May 22nd. I wanted to talk about the stimulus, update and just kind of go over that. So let's go right into the video. Also, if you guys are new here, welcome first and foremost, my name is Walter.

This is a credit card micro channel I'll talk about travel credit, as you can see from the shirt and also how to maintain doing a rebuild your credit and how to use your credit card points for travel for your cheap travel. Some of you guys said to stimulus, update guys. This is what I do before the stimulus updates. I talked about credit as you can tell from the merch.

This is my merch. I talked about getting credit. I talked about rewards and all that stuff, so you've come to the right channel. So, thank you give give me ideas.

What do you guys want to know about when it comes to credit? I have a credit, playlist and I'll put that right there. I have a bunch of credit card videos and a credit playlist. You can go through those and if you also have any other videos or topics, let me know alright. So it's Friday I like to always start off the video for the stimulus update talking about people who have received them.

I know a lot of you have not received them. Please guys, keep me informed and let me know if you are, you are not receiving it right now. I'm still worried about the first stimulus check because for two reasons, one the second stimulus check hasn't even been approved yet and two, the first stimulus check. There's still many people who were sending I haven't received them.

I know some of you guys won't qualify, but until I start talking about the second one, I want to at least make sure the vast majority of people received it and it's it's over, and I also don't want to talk about the second one too much. If it really hasn't happened just yet, so I'm not talking about the second one, if anybody asks is the first one, so guys here are the screenshots of people who have received them. These are people who've received it on the 20th, which was Wednesday two days ago. So people have received their stim checks on Wednesday, not a bunch of according to my comments, but some people have so just keep that in mind.

Another date should be made 27th. This is for the RET payees, individual or organizational. You should be receiving it to IRS website. I'm sorry ssa.gov, the website says late May so it's looking like it's being Wednesdays.

Sometimes I'm seeing it on a Friday, but it looks like it's really on Wednesdays. So if you didn't receive another 20th, I'm not saying you're going to be guaranteed receive no on the 27th, but just keep in mind you should receive on the 27th. I also have a big update, as opposed to when it comes to economic impact. Payments for people who do not have any type of bank account information with the IRS all right so for people who do not have bank account information with the IRS people who are going to be getting checks in the mail.

They decided to do something called an EIP debit card or prepaid debit card, and I'll put I'm going to read it to you guys in a minute, but pretty much what it is. It's just a debit card. You can use it at ATMs without any fees. You can use it at Walmart, my favorite restaurant, my favorite has to spot chick-fil-a.

You can use it wherever you want to just as if it's your debit card, just as a Fisher credit card, all that good stuff. So here it is, what is the economic impact card? It's called the EIP card. It's been sent to some people. It's said they announced it on May 18th that it's going to send nearly 4 million AI p s bi prepaid debit card.

Instead of my paper check, which is better, it's faster, it's more secure and it's easier to use. I mean it's 2020, I don't know too many people who use cheques or an everyday basis unless you're doing like you know, I mean you're doing some really big transactions. I mean people still use checks, but on a regular day-to-day basis I mean, if I go. If I go to a store and say hey, do you guys take checks, they're, gon na look at me sideways.

So this is better and it's going to be having you can transfer the funds to your direct. You can transfer funds to your bank account without incurring any fees and additional information that the Treasury's press release. Now here's what it looks like guys. This is what it looks like right here, I'll put the screenshot of it so start using your IP card.

So it's very good that we can see what it looks like I mean it has the American flag on or whatever whatever it's just a debit card. So, instead of paper, checks are going to start these out and they have supposedly sent them out who's gon na get these again. People who do not have bank account information with the IRS people who were going to receive checks they're now going to be seen receiving a prepaid debit card. I still feel like you know I can get lost in the mail just like with anything else.

I can get lost in the mail, which is why the best way to have this done was to have it done with a direct deposit. You know with ACH is what they call it in the bank overall ACH you wanted to have it done with the ACH. So maybe for next time, people who didn't have it done this way would do it the normal way or they're more efficient way in the safer way with ACH or aka direct deposit, because, as you see, people with direct deposit or get in there as first and People with cheques are here is the you can kind of use this as a guideline of when you should receive your paper check. If you're not going to be one of the people receiving a debit card, it doesn't specify what type of person is going to receive.

It or who are they going to pick as opposed to not picking for the debit card, so, if you're going to receive a check, you want to look at these dates, keep in mind, that's the date that you see based off of your income bracket and it's Plus or minus a couple of those dates and also keep in mind with those days, it's not the date that you're going to receive it. It's a date it's going to be sent out. So just keep that in mind. So that's the update for today.

Again, I see you guys, I'm reading on your comments. I try to you know, respond to the ones I really can't respond to, but they come in all day every day and I still do my 40-hour job during the day so quite busy, but I appreciate all of the love. I appreciate the the questions and I'll continue to answer and, if you guys can the continual that everybody to know you've received a check or if you haven't received your check of that where we can get some clarity, it's really frustrating.
