So hard to get it, but once you have it, it's something you never want to let go of. You know what I'm talking about. You're doing the work. You're doing the work.

People are saying yes. I'm putting things under contract I Get goosebumps just thinking about it. It's momentum, right? But the challenge is too many of us. We do the work, do the work, do the work, do the work, get into momentum, and we stop doing what got us there.

My question for you is you look down the barrel of 2024. If you see it the way I do, it's going to look a whole lot like 2023. How much time did you spend in momentum this year? that flow state where you just felt Unstoppable How much time did you stop doing the work that got you there That actually put you out of the Flow State a lack of momentum And if you can just say to yourself honestly, what am I going to do differently this year to make sure I stay in momentum Which means I'm doing the work regardless of how good things are, regardless of how busy I am I know if I stop doing this, it's over.
