On the contrary, investing is long term. The dollar cost averaging approach keep investing !!!! Invest even more diligently during the stock market crash because then you buy everything on the cheap and they always go back up and you make out like a bandit! When the stocks are down in Best as much as possible-rather than what most people do by when the stock market is at its all time high and then it doesn't have much further to go up! For this reason this is why so many people fail to make money in the stock market they jump in when the stocks are at their all-time high and then they have the stock market crash and they get afraid and pull their money out rather than riding out the storm and raking in the benefits when they start to go up because you keep investing whether they're high or low! Invest as much as possible during the crash because they are at their cheapest levels ever and then rake in the benefits when they go back up!! Remember investing is for the long term if you try to time the market you will get burned
Don't believe the hype!
I use stash as a small savings account not a full on investing app
I'm looking forward to a crash so I can scoop up a ton of stock on the cheap.
Maybe I don't know how to invest but I just lost a bunch of money using stash due to my bank charging me fees. Plus fees are pretty high
Markets eventually have to crash. Otherwise, wheres the fun and opportunity?
I've lost money and I earned money as well. My best investments was fast food restaurants. I even invested in weed lol
This kid is as confused as can be.
Question. Do u think it best or more beneficial to buy 5 shares of like AMD AT $21 or by $100 fractional shares of AMAZON which is currently $1600 per share?
U were right!!
This is the dumbest video ever. You can’t predict a crash 😂. Quit trying to scare all the new Stash Invest users.
Do you get to determine how much you invest a week. For example if I invest 40 to start will it take 40 a week automatically?
With the pending trade war I’ve noticed my stash has been LOSING over this last week🤬
You're not understanding the point of stash, it's not real stock prices, and it's just an easier stock market, people just use stash to play it safe rather than losing hundreds to even thousands of dollars on the stock market
what is a good source to do investments?
Lol. I'm new on Stash and just wanna say that it's better than my bank. Lol. Also, safer than Robinhood especially for a newbie like me. I found this video hilarious.
Good video but in my experience with stash has been good to me .. U didnt say anything about stash offering single stocks. Like netflix amazon ford Disney tesla starbucks etc secondly i would agree with u if i was a day trader yeah this is probably not the place to do that but.. But in the long term it actually is probably the best for new investors to get started , build there portfolio up an then move on to something bigger like robinhood or joining an actual vanguard fund,an lastly… U dont lose money unless u sell to early.. So losing 71% i dont know where that is coming from yes the market did go down an i lost value but i put more money in when it was down ,an when it came back (2months later) my account doubled so if ur using stashing u have to be in for the long run not quick money invest at your own risk level im just blessed to be able to be aggressive .. Good video though✌✌
Not trying to down your video. That's not my intention because I know it's just click bait and repeating itself, yada yada. I'm just curious are most people so dumb that they can't figure this App out on their own? Haha Just curious. Also, don't people who are to use this understand that this App is basically the stock market and will follow it fairly close. Don't know if you needed to repeat that over 100 times, just feedback.
Stash is awesome and totally legit app. Were headed for a bear market with lots of volatility in the stock market regardless of whether your a Stash app user or not.
👍👍👍
A bit of clickbait here. Stash sucks because they charge a fee for something that should ultimately be free, and a majority of their clients have small accounts.
The stock market is due for a bear market, but by some valuations this could be farther away, and trying to "time the market" or scare buy and hold investors with doom and gloom predictions is frivolous.
If you buy a passive S&P 500 Index fund, and make regular contributions over a long period of time, the topics expressed in this video are worthless to you. The premise is also arguably weak, as this video is claiming we are due for a pullback based on time alone, and recent volatility. It's not wise to disregard macroeconomic trends and strong corporate earnings, which are the driving force of this bull market.
That being said, of course bull markets don't last forever. A bear market will come eventually, but in 2018? Who knows. Probably not. Always comes as a result of complex macroeconomic factors and for the type of people who use stash, it's best to just hold on if your time horizon is 10 years or longer. Would hate to be the person who sells now out of fear, and misses 150% returns over the next few years if the bear market doesn't come as soon as this video predicts
What is stash exactly
Great Video just like the last one. 🤙🏽
Great video! I got started on Stash and it was perfect for a noobie but I've since moved my money into a roth IRA BUT using the same tickers. I have friends who use Stash as well and I will pass this on. Keep it up!
