Start Investing in Real Estate at Any Age | Tom Ferry Podcast Experience
With this year’s Success Summit right around the corner, I want to take a look back to last year’s.
But first, I have a question. Do you own investment properties? And if you don’t, why not?
It doesn’t matter how old you are or what’s going on in the market, because when done correctly, the best time to invest is almost always right now. To prove this, check out my panel with Deborah Bly and Eric Eickhof. Deb began investing in her 50s and is already sitting on $3 million in equity. Eric was only 19 when he bought his first unit and now has over 670!
In this clip, Deb and Eric are going to show you that it doesn’t take a large upfront investment when you have the right formula.
Make sure to watch or listen. And if you’re one of the few people who will actually take immediate action on this advice, don’t miss your chance to sign up for next month’s Summit, either virtually or in-person, where we’ll be sharing the latest strategies for intelligent investing in our current market.

Starting early is the best way of getting ahead to build wealth, investing remains a priority. The stock market has plenty of opportunities to earn a decent payouts, with the right skills and proper understanding of how the market works..

I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Car or that vacation just yet and that mindset helps me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 70k in blue chip stocks and crypto, with the help of my advisor ‘Teresa Jensen White’ and made about 380k, but guess what? I put it back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million. Delayed gratification always pays off

I read about a man in his 50s that started investing in stocks and real estate, then retired in 2years with over $6million, that right there is my utmost goal and I'd really appreciate clues and tips on how to reach this goal within 5years

This guy worked his whole life in a rigged market and thinks he is a genius. With QE, or mouse click money, being used to inflate everything beyond all rhyme or reason for decades at the expense of much of the world, even the most illiterate of the illiterate could invest in stock indexes or real estate, and if they had more than two brain cells to avoid the 2008 crash, they would be making passive income. But let's be real about it. It's a rigged market. Sure, real estate has some merit; as someone once said, "Buy land, the God is no longer making it," but that doesn't apply when you have Bill "I'm a farmer now" Gates using deep corruption and state and banker cartel power to force people to go bankrupt and then buy their land with fake money. Or when the government opens borders and invites half of the African continent to settle on your land, because what else should you expect from communists? Investing in real estate at any age with no context behind it is idiotic advice. Most have been robbed of the opportunity to invest , some can't own even if they wanted to, and pretty soon the mother of all bubbles, the everything bubble, will remind the hustler culture , reality still holds sway. including the overly inflated, magnificent housing bubble, funded by rigged markets and fake fiat currency created out of thin air. You are not giving investment advice, you are encouraging participation in the madness of crowds. You guys aren't smart. The market is artificial and rigged. You are just either to greedy to think about it, or not saying even when you know it, because its a hustle culture. Give me money and I'll tell you how I got rich. lol If you are going to give advice, try something new, It's called integrity.

  11. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Bobby says:

My greatest happiness is the $32,000 bi-weekly profit I get consistently despite the economic fluctuation…

  12. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Cartier Anthony says:

I think the wisest thing that should be on everyones'mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on the govt. it's obvious we are headed for hyperinflation, unfortunately having a job doesn’t seem to guarantee total financial stability rather having a different investment ideas would be a great decided
