Excellent eye opening video. Sadly it’s videos like these that fly under the radar
we certainly see the official news that a insider dumped all his stock near $4. but how do we know that this stock was manipulated by insiders and/or conspirators to ramp up to this price? perhaps the general retail traders and/or some institutions simply speculated trading the trend. Most if not all traders want to make a profit to participate in "filling in the gap". In that case, that wouldn't be market manipulation. Then the insider whom had the "warrants" simply saw a great opportunity that came along. Seeing that the gap is filled, he sold all his shares at the end of the "gap filled" just like any of us traders would do. I'm just stating a possible scenario. So I'm not sure we can say with proof that this stock ramped up and/or sold down based on manipulation.
This is not to say that there is hardly any manipulation in the market. Of course where there is human greed, there is much manipulation going on. I'm just saying that we don't have enough proof manipulation was involved. There could of been manipulation, but not proof other than a trader releasing his shares at the end of the gap being filled. I'm sure most of us, including myself speculate there is manipulation when a stock acts irrational, but to say that as a definite conclusion would be undetermined.
The people that were pumping it at the end shorted it big time…

How can an investor sell $7.5m in stock and not get crushed too… would the investor get his ordered filled before the stocked crashed?
Some would call this a panic sell off though everything that happened on that day and any other day can be found on record.. compare the dates of the events on the day of on the chart and you can figure it out

I traded this stock that day. I got in early and got out early enough I didn’t get caught. But I didn’t know what was going on! Just knew it hit scanner on Friday and I went with it.

If you believe what you stated as the reason it dropped fine; however, you are then wasting your time having the RSI on your chart if you ignore that it diverged from price giving a sell signal prior to it dropping. The insider selling was only the catalyst.
