Today we are going to discuss the dangers of low float penny stocks. Low float means a stock can be easily manipulated by big traders, and can cause serious damage if not managed properly. Penny stocks are most known for being manipulated because the low float make it easier. Low float means lower supply which means easier to control.

Thanks! Learn something new!
Even less people viewed this video. TOO BAD!! And it gave me an even clearer understanding of how that jerk from the last video dumped all the shares, and had all the folks buying at the top, getting crushed. Gave me a clear understanding of how warrants work ( no they’re not to arrest me) and exercise ( not to shame me because I ate a lot of pizza 😉 For anyone looking to trade penny stocks, these were 2 crucial videos that hardly anyone watched. Glad I watched them.
Great video how did you find how many shares were traded as you touched each candle stick?
How do you feel about this stock now a year later?
Those not watching the stock price drop off are now at the bottom of that drop, mad with the bag.
Thank You for your video. This exact thing happened 2 days ago with IBIO. It was WILD!!!! Unfortunately for me, I literally "Averaged Up" 1,000 shares, 45 seconds before the dump!! It was timed (in my opinion) for the exact moment that the CEO, Tom Islett, was to be interviewed on "The Hill." Coincidence? I think not. I personally think it was a ploy to divert everyone's attention away, while the stock was dumped!!
Amazing video !!!
so much info within 11 min video…. priceless… Thanks so much !
What an incredible video Connor. Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge with us. 👍
Amazing video. Thanks
When I saw " Low Float" and "Penny Stock" I immediately thought of Pennywise the clown and thought I should click on this.
Eye opener! Great content….
I beated the thumbs up
Ok. Again. Awesome.
Super nice
These two vids are excellent!
thanks for the explanation! very clear and simple. Would a stop loss help the longs or would it just go right through?
but still can not predict drop
So if a insider sold 7 million in stock that’s about 1.75 million shares sold. Is that added to the float or were they holding half the float and retail traders were only trading with half the float not knowing it?
Don't make another one of these please
I feel like I should be paying you thousands for the kind of value you bring to your viewers!!! Always creat content!
Request: can you make a video on the reserve and flatten buttons?
Who's buying as it goes down?
This was a fantastic explanation
Thank you for very crystal clear explanation of the float. An unrelated question: In Thinkorswim, how can I have that Toolbar that you have on the top left corner that has "Undo" and "Redo" buttons? Thank you.👍
Great video. Thanks for the info.
This is interesting can you show the 5 second time frame of the charts so that we can see how quickly it fell. Also were any traders able to sell during the downward movement or were they stuck until it leveled down. it was haulted when the news cam out. are you able to liquidate your position when haulted? thanks for the great videos
Holy cow … I got stuck in that awful mess. I got out of half on the exact low of the halt, (after it ran over my stop) and then took a whole lot less for the rest of the position. What is hard to understand is with all the volume in those last few candles before the break, that must mean there were also a few million sellers. It looks to me like the market would even have absorbed that huge order if they'd just taken their time.
The obvious answer to my own question is that the news wire says that there are a few over 5.5 mil warrants that some "wise investors" want to exercise long at $1.36. More than likely the same benevolent person the initiated the crash. Whooda thunk there were crooked manipulators out there? Guess so. He's certainly no friend of the company, that's obvious.
I was really lucky my last trade on this one, was out at $3.05 making $867
But believe me I was so close to keep trading, but had to leave for an appointment. So scary when I came back and saw this massive drop… sorry for those who lost a lot of money on this one. We definitely need to keep this in mind. Thanks for making these kind of videos, I have learned a lot in your channel, keep it up. Thank you.!
I watched this video today. Then I read some related articles about that topic.. Now I'm watching your video the second time and I want to thank you, because a lot dawned on me right now (yes I'm new to the matter)
