Man, i'm uh, energetic for being red again um. No, yes, so matt, as you see he's not here, he's currently in a meeting um. So it's just me doing this man, i'm just same stuff, i'm actually pretty happy with the trades i took today. Uh they just didn't work out, and i took like four losses in a row right out of the gates um.

You know it is what it is. I'm happy with the setups i traded, i'm actually even happy with the size stuck to my risk level. Uh. Each time so, like that, today's a day that you know this, so i i uh - i don't remember if i've been talking about this as a small cab recap or not, my goal has been to basically avoid trading after, like the first hour hour and a half The day did an amazing job of that.

For the most part, it took like two trades after that, and they were both afternoon trades that i liked the development of um and today now marks only a second day where i haven't been green uh by 10 or 10 30 in the past, like two or Three weeks so or 10 30, i mean um eastern time so like today it stuff like that happens, i'm fine. I lost about 4 800. Today, matt lost 4 500. again mine were just i've been risking about a thousand dollars a trade took.

Maybe it was more than four. Oh, you know what no i tried neuro twice. That's why um and yeah? No! It is what it is. It sucks, but moving forward just gon na keep uh doing this for sure, like being done trading until the afternoon uh by you know the first hour, maybe hour and a half if the market's like really hot, but it hasn't been so anyways.

Let's get on into some charts uh the trade matt, and i both took this morning was prsu for continuation. We were looking for a dip and rip style. Trade had a very slight dip here. This is an otc.

I mean i like this one, a lot. The daily chart here, let's pull that up, because i'm normally not an otc guy, but we had this really nice multi-day, breakout um, and the idea was that if it held that breakout level still had it dipped down to maybe one two and it ended up dipping To one three, we could get some continuation for a nice day too. Otc's have definitely been getting a little hotter and i really only like to play them when otcs are like screaming in your face. This is a good trade and this screamed in my face, and so this was a good trade.

This morning i wrote in my watch list. I liked it a lot um and it took a loss on that. I don't remember. Let's see, i think i personally sold this as soon as yeah when this high daybreak happened and failed.

I got out right in this area uh, before the low a day break. I think i actually got out in the one set 137. Maybe it was like one. Three five one, three four had uh one: three, six entry.

I believe. No, i actually know i i did buy uh this 40 dip right, one, one, four dip right here. I added after this 136 by so lost a little bit on it, but nothing too crazy. Hlbz was actually like my biggest winner today.

This was a first green day style trade after you know getting beaten down from 41 first green day with a catalyst uh. I was hoping for like a gap and crap reversal kind of play here, and i ended up taking this trend, break right here and sold most into this high day pop, because i was a little scared and then ended up selling the rest for just about break. Even down here on this rejection, that was like my biggest winner of the day and that's about my only winner of the day we had neuro, which i liked a lot for a potential third day third day surge uh it unfortunately just gapped up too much. That's like the reverse third day search um yeah.

We had that gap up out of the gates like in the in the pre-market, and unfortunately i just was hoping that once we had this trend break that it would lead to something. No, oh man, i actually traded. I just took a little starter right through here, stopped out um and for some reason i really actually. I know i didn't want to buy there, because it had just consistently kept making new lows wanted to give it time to prove itself and make a higher low.

So i ended up buying this trend break right here. I think 14.56 was my average um. We got that pop and then dumped. So again, that's that's a trade i'm actually, okay with taking.

I will. I would take that trade again as a matter of fact, uh. Looking for probably moving up into the 1560s up to 16, but again in this market, i'm not going for home runs so i'll. Take that loss, and then i had edsa, which ended up just not being nearly as volatile today, as i thought it might be.

Uh, especially not as the not as volatile as the level two suggested, we basically just had super in my opinion, super clean: let's get off the daily chart, okay, zoom out and get rid of that that that um just basically had this nice really nice multi-day trend Break right out of the gates here, and so i took it, i took some size, not nothing too crazy, but i think 5 000 shares um was in the money for a few minutes and then it ended up failing reclaimed and just chopped around. So that was a another. I think i took two losses on that so there's another 2000 i lost and i'm sure i traded a couple other tickers um. No, i don't even know if i did, though i kept i got.

I kept the trading very minimal today and i'm happy with that. Um, so yeah and i know matt's only loss was pr. Psru uh, he i don't know his exact average, but he sold on this low a day break and you know that's trading. You know you win some, you lose some show up the next day, keep sighs in check, um and follow your plan.

That's like really the biggest thing i'm trying to tell myself is it's kind of weird, because this is the least frustrating red day. I've had in a while, where i'm happy i stuck to the plans i wanted to play. I traded the trades, i wanted to trade and they just didn't work. So you know it's part of the game and you know if, if this continues to happen, then maybe i need to reevaluate is: am i looking at something wrong? Am i taking the wrong spots et cetera, et cetera, i'm going to keep going through charts of mine see you know.

I know i know, for the most part why i've been losing uh the past two weeks now, just because i've been trading midday chop, but in the morning so far i've been relatively profitable this month. It's just. I get my gains away so i'll keep trading like this and yeah. That's kind of my plan, my goal, where i'm what i'm thinking - and i again i don't have matt here to you - know, join in on any of this conversation andrew.

I could say - and i can't even think of one, so i can see why i could see why me putting on the spot, would not work.
