. You should look where I live supposedly the valley I live has the second most competitive rental market in the country. At least that’s the story our local newspaper wrote. Billions have been invested there a river front community modeled after some city in Germany is being built. There-is two major hospitals that employ thousands of people. Serval universities a convention center and a huge amusement park. Lots of high paying manufacturing jobs too my employer is a manufacturer that employs 2500 people here.

It's an emotional decision not unlike buying TSLA hand over fist. Buying to the point if anything bad happens it will decimate. It's a basic human flaw.

you are clueless and you will pay the price for it about selling shadow tickets. these tickets ARE in fact charter or tour tickets. people buy only because of the jet ride and the proof is that you don't sell tickets for shadowing you without the jet ride. This will have great consequence for you because legally you are supposed to have higher insurance and safety standards if you board random people in your jet. you think this is like youtube that you can avoid responsibility by only saying 'this is not a charter' like 'this is not financial advice'?

It's a strawman to imply only the EP300E makes it possible to view the areas prior to committing to them. Yet to hear a well-reasoned presentation how this is remotely rational. IF you said it was partly an emotional decision incentivized by write-downs then at least that would be honest. My guess is you got the bug during the governor's run & it never left.
