In this video I go through the Advantages and Disadvantages of Buying a House Right Now and also figure out the monetary Risk vs Reward.
Buying a house now has many advantages, low interest rate environment, having somewhere of your own to live and improve, its cheaper than renting, the housing market increasing over time and many more.
But there are also many disadvantages to buying a home right now. We're currently in the middle of a pandemic, furlough pay could finish and lockdowns might continue causing a housing market crash, interest rates could be cut lower and many other reasons.
