How the shorts are trying to escape
Shorts have been trying to escape both the GME and AMC dividend for some time, shorts are now begging the CEOs of BBBY and AMC to issue new equity so they can purchase these shares directly from the company (not through the stock market) so they can obtain shares to close their short positions without causing the squeeze.
They're also trying to delay brokers from issuing APE, as they likely wont receive APE on the GoLive date of 22nd August, this way the brokers and trading platforms can play pass the parcel/hot potato with the few remaining APE shares.

I am kinda wondering well it looks like there doing a great job bringing down AMC right now before the APE 🦧 SHARES COME OUT SO WHEN THE APE SHARES ARE DELIVERED IT CUTS THE STOCK IN HALF TO ME THATS EASIER FOR THE HEDGIES TO KEEP IT DOWN EVEN MORE

Got a good question. Since ape is issued at one to one, will additional ape continue to be one to one with amc? Because that’s dilution to amc. I’m cool with diluting ape but not amc.
This "dilution" delima is mumbo-jumbo! The APE offering does not dilute the AMC share structure, true. However, it will obviously dilute the Company value. As well, the value of AMC stock. Which is the exact identical conclusion!

Thomas, MooMoo is HORRIBLE, please do NOT try to get anyone else to jin! I spent 2 days and 1 1/2 hr. and still couldn't open an account, and spoke to 3 people. At the end, they slyly read me something to agree to, BUT included it was a margin Account. Said I did NOT want a Margin Account, as I was going to put all my AMC Shares in there, due to NO PFOF! But, if My AMC is in a Margin Account, AMC could NOT have to give a Dividend. Please be careful, this sounds like a Bad Company, anf from Singapore, and very hard to understand? I gave up ! Joe R.

I've been >around for more than 1/2 century and I have seen my share of stock market contractions. Saw the birth of video gaming, and the birth of the internet, to name a few. Now, I get to witness the birth of blockchain and Crypto, and I can personally attest that Crypto is a completely different beast from the US stock market. 100% agree that there should be a guarded approach to crypto investing. I have made over 21` btc from day trading with Carolyn Halles strategy Signal in few weeks, this is one of the best medium to backup your assets incase it goes bearish.
Adam Aaron would be issuing more stock if the shareholders would have allowed it. He burned us twice by dillution. He did exactly what Jim Kramer is begging Bed Bath & Beyond to do now. He can't put the screws to us this time, because we tied his hands.

The stock market has been a really tough one this past months, but I watched an interview on CNBC where the anchor ‘Jim Cramer’ kept mentioning "…KARINA MATTIS…". This prompted me to get in touch with her, and from October 2021 till now we have been working together, and I can now boast of $540k in my trading portfolio.
So when this stock splits and it is some where around 9 bucks keep buying or does it matter anymore. I guess the shorts can short it down real easy now. Im lost. Shouldn't be an issue to get it down from 11 dollars to 2 dollars.
