Relax Rick, Rome wasn't built in a day. Muscle weighs 3 times more than fat, so just put the time into the gym, feed your muscles with the best food you can eat, drink a gallon of water a day because muscle is 70% water, and sleep as much as possible at night because you grow muscle through recuperation.
very brave to talk about things like this …good for you ,we need more genuine people like you , esp at your age , young and very mature thinking. ๐
Your arm is getting tired? Really? Check out those guns! ha ha
Hey Ricky, I've heard that whole milk helps. It's an old school method that helped
thank you for being so open and honest! you've helped me a great deal in learning about trading and finance.
my main focus is helping people with their health and nutrition and i agree it is one of the most important things (if not the most) important thing to get in check for you to be successful in life and will help your mental, physical, emotional health….everything
keep it up man!
like you said, it's about consistency. same thing with your nutrition
theoretically, if you are consistently in a caloric surplus, you will be gaining weight. focus on hitting whatever number that is on a daily basis (with healthy food, shakes, smoothies)
and drinking your calories (making tons of smoothies, meal replacement shakes, etc) makes that much much easier, especially for incredibly busy people like yourself!
Ricky I'm right there with you. I used to be so skinny and small and people would always tell me I was a stick and laugh when it really was almost and insult to me. I started working out and trying to build up some muscle/mass and about 7 months later it's much better. You can't see my ribs anymore and I feel so much better about myself. Keep it up man, you'll get there
man, Ricky, you really are a good kid !!!๐
As someone who was 163lb when I graduated, I can empathize! It took me 6 years to reach 230. Anything I can do to help you out, I'm in your area and glad to pass on any helpful knowledge I can. Apply your consistency mindset and you'll get there.
I eat everything in sight and don't gain a pound.
Ricky good stuff, if you wanna bump whieght up learn how to count macros and to hit a calorie goal for the day and not just saying "I eat alot", stay accountable my friend. Also for the gym try hitting the three main movements Sqaut, Bench, Deadlift with really good form and add wheight gradually along with hypertrophy bodybuilder movements like bicep curls, lat pulldowns, hitting shoulders etc., good luck bro
Pump up the carbs, basic weight and strength builders! The big 3, squat, deadlift and bench press!
You always have great relatable content. I've been trying to lose weight for years, and a few months ago put a strict meal and workout plan and lost about 25lbs so far! Actually heading to the gym now. That's the same approach I'm taking with learning day trading. Thanks Ricky
keep it up. strive in all that u do. bless and love
Bro I love all your content man! Keep it up dude! I'm 20 and currently saving to start a account!
great video Ricky, I have always struggled with gaining weight, they always said that it would change when I got older but I'm 38 and still skinny, self motivation is a struggle for me as well. thanks for the reminder to get off my Irish ass!!
I had the same deal when I was younger. Never broke 150 lbs no matter what. When you hit your 30s you won't have to worry. I'm hitting 185 and eat healthy everyday.
I remember the days of having a fast metabolism and being able to eat a tableful of food at one sitting and not worry about packing on weight – enjoy it now while it lasts Ricky! lol Another 4 or 5 years down the road and your body while shift gears from growth to maintenance mode. Your videos are beyond helpful and inspirational to me and many others out here and we thank you!
