Democrats just revealed the proposal for a new stimulus package but this time with an 1800+ page legislation. This new response due to the economic collapse in the U.S. is known as the Heroes Act. In this video we discuss the $1200 stimulus check proposal involved in the direct payment aspect of this new bill proposed to us by our government officials.

By the numbers: The proposal includes ...
$500 billion for state governments.
$375 billion for local governments.
$175 billion for testing and other health-related expenses.
$75 billion in housing assistance.
$25 billion for the U.S. Postal Service.
$20 billion for tribal relief.
$20 billion for relief for territories.
$10 billion for small businesses.
$3.6 billion for election security and preparation.
$1.5 billion to address broadband issues.
The proposal comes as the U.S. government is still in the process of sending out its first round of stimulus payments authorized by Congress through the Cares Act. Those payments are for up to $1,200 per individual or $2,400 for married couples, plus $500 for children under 17. That first round of payments targeted low- to middle-income Americans.
The second round of payments would be structured similarly to those first checks, with $1,200 per individual and $2,400 for couples. But dependent pay would be increased to $1,200 per eligible child with a maximum of three children.
The IRS said the government has made 130 million payments so far, for a total of more than $200 billion. More than 150 million total payments to taxpayers are expected in that first round of checks.
The bill from House Democrats is less generous than some other competing proposals. Sens. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., and Ed Markey, D-Mass., recently introduced a bill that would give Americans $2,000 per month during the coronavirus pandemic.

You always going on you guys welcome back to another video, so we got a lot of new breaking emerging news since yesterday for anyone who's been following with the content on my channel, you guys may have heard me say multiple times this week is gon na, be Big there's gon na be a lot of big news coming out and finally, we've been seeing a lot of things, not even just within the stimulus bills, we're seeing a lot of news just all across different industries. I will probably make another follow-up video today, just because I don't think I'd be able to cover everything in today's video right here. So what we're gon na do in today's video is actually focus on that heroes act, that new bill that came out and the thing that a lot of you guys are anticipating and have been waiting on for so long. So, let's just get straight to the video.

No chitter chatter. To start this out. I really want to put this in perspective. The latest bill that they put out it's a thousand and 815 pages.

I was like 26 pages in when I was like. Ok, this is isn't that happening. We got to work a little bit smarter, not harder, so I was able to find a 50 page summary instead of the latest bill, called the heroes Act that is coming out. Guys, don't confuse this with the past heroes Act.

They are different words making this up. The previous heroes Act is actually called the heroes fund, and this was actually meant to alleviate our frontline worker. So I know when we hear two different words and and in a short period of time, it's very easy to get confused with them heroes, fun. This was something that was meant to help our essential workers, much more of a fraction of the size of the bill that we're talking about now.

The bill we have talking about today actually is much more bigger in cost in size, even in text compared to our first cares Act. So definitely a lot of good news coming out right now now, before I talk about what's inside of this bill, that's more relevant to our viewers. Today, I really want to go over some of the things that this proposal includes we're not gon na go full 1800 pages in, but pretty much a list of what the bill is split into so right now the proposal includes 500 billion for state governments, 375 billion For local governments, 175 billion for testing and other health-related expenses, seventy-five billion in housing assistance, 25 billion for the post service, 20 billion for tribal relief, 20 billion for relief for territories, 10 billion for small businesses, 3.6 billion for election security and prep raishin 1.5 billion. To address broadband issues and that right there is pretty much the most general synopsis are.

The numbers going inside of this bill. They've really broken a lot of this down. I'm pretty impressed by how much like they've been able to get done within the past few days with all the details going in within this bill. If you guys want to check out the ninety summary page of the bill, I will have it listed down below in the description, so don't forget to check that out right there.
But I know a lot of you guys are here to hear about one thing and that's usually gon na be direct payments, the benefits for our people, who are retired on SSI or maybe veterans and even small business relief. I feel like right there. Those three pies cover a majority of the interest that a lot of people are looking for. People aren't really gon na care right now about how much money is going into the hospitals.

People aren't really interested right now, hearing how much money is going to like the the food shelters and the libraries and the museums and our different governments right now, I feel like a priority, is how much people are gon na get in direct payments. So, let's cover that in this video - so you guys know exactly what's happening with that. So originally, with our first stimulus checks and our cares Act, each individual would be receiving $ 1,200 and then their dependents would be receiving $ 500. At a cap, they've actually opened that up a little.

They haven't made the $ 1,200 a lot more. They it's not. The $ 2,000 we were expecting - and I know that's gon - na disappoint a lot of people, because the past three to four bills that we've been hearing in the works have all been catered around. A 2,000 dollar amount, so us seeing the same exact $ 1,200 amount, as the first stimulus check may actually be a little disappointing to quite a number of people, but they did a revamp aspects of this, which is gon na make things a bit more easier.

So similar to the first round of payments, where you get $ 1,200, if you have a household wife or husband living with you, you get $ 2,400. Now kids are actually gon na get paid more. If you have up to three children, they're actually gon na pay $ 1,200 for each child that is listed as a dependent. So a lot of people were making the mistake where man I I knew, I shouldn't add idli Emme as a dependent, even though I knew Little Jimmy was 19 years old and he's still living in my house.

The government, in essence, didn't want to give people the full benefit of these stimulus checks to those people listed as dependents that were already getting benefits from using that type of method. New bill is actually gon na change that so just as much as regular people are gon na get these children. These dependents are gon na, actually get the same amount $ 1,200 as independence, which is mind blowing right now. I think it is a good thing.

That's happening: maybe this is gon na fix a lot of the people who have bigger families, and you really need to provide for them, because, even though there are people who may be listed as a dependent on your file, it doesn't mean that they're gon na eat Any less oftentimes kids actually cost more money than grown adults do so it's really good that they're, actually increasing the rate from $ 500 previously to the $ 1,200 amount. Now keep in mind you guys this has not yet passed. This is all still just in the formulation, but this is really good news, just because we have not seen a such an in-depth bill like this. Getting proposed we're talking 1,800 pages and we're saying that the original bill was half of what this was.
This is pretty good news if we're trying to see any type of emergence within the news market right now, because they are definitely putting a lot more effort in this and usually when we find different bills getting more effort. It's a pretty good sign that things may actually pass pretty soon. Now there are two more good things that this new proposal is offering. First of all, there were a lot of people who were on SSI, who were veterans and who were on disabilities that weren't really seeing their checks at D.

They really had no idea just wolves going on now. This proposal makes it clear that they're gon na get this payment automatically just as everyone else's, although this check does share a lot of similarities, I feel like in essence, this could be a lot better than trying to implement a whole new system like the debit card, That people have to reload every month, because we've already done a first round of waves of checks and the stimulus and we've seen all the mistakes that we were making we're, seeing how much the IRS had to do work on their portal. How confusing it was for a lot of people and for us to learn from those mistakes and make a modified, updated version of the first round of stimulus checks. In my opinion, I feel like this is much better than implementing just a whole new system out here.

So the IRS should have a lot of people's information up-to-date and on file just because a lot of people were using that portal during that time. So if you guys received a stimulus check the regular way, that's still good news, because you still received your amount and they still have your records on file. So so this is all really good news. Talking about the potential idea of a second stimulus check, I feel like, as the day's come by reality seems to be a lot more vivid than it was back in the day when we were just guessing hoping and praying that there would be a second stimulus check.

Now we are actually seeing a lot more solidified news in the actual news and from what the Congress is reporting. I want you guys to. Let me know down below. Do you think this is gon na pass? Are we not getting enough? Should we be getting more like we were promised a 2,000 dollar amount, or are we being ungrateful at this point? Maybe something even like the 1200 dollar amount is better than nothing so guys.

I definitely wan na hear your thoughts. Do you think our government is doing a good job, or are they still slacking and a lot of things and are they taking a lot longer than they usually should? Definitely a lot of questions a lot of very smart people in the comments of these videos? So definitely share your thoughts with the people now, on top of that, guys, don't forget to drop a like on this video, especially if you guys are looking forward to seeing that stimulus check. Like always, don't forget to also check out the links down below in the description you guys can get one free stock valued up to fourteen hundred dollars with weeble, and you guys can also check out other finance products that will earn you free money so guys. Thank you all again for tuning by this video.
I will have further updates with just more other stuff in the news, because guys it's crazy, we're talking about things like mergers. Acquisitions, like uber, eats trying to take over GrubHub Twitter. They actually going completely remote ain't. I want to do a whole video on that.

Talking about that and and yeah I don't know a lot of crazy things. Boeing is saying that there's one major airline that is probably gon na go bankrupt. So much news. I love hearing so much news.

I feel like the last few days. It was just a lot of politician, rambling bland, like like that's that's fun, but the news I like to hear it's things that are happening. You don't say it's like things that are happening, things that I can give value to the people, so that was my update on heroes Act. I hope you guys enjoyed it and I hope I see you guys.

The next one.

I'm thankful for whatever I get. Yes, I work hard and pay taxes. Welfare, diability and retire people all get a check too. Yet, as lot of people are still waiting for unemployment benefits, and those who are self employed, small business owners all are not qualified to recieve unemployment due to guidelines. Rent and mortgage are still been charged regardless of what was said, no kicking out or foreclosure. People appreciate what you're given cause it could be worst and we not get anything!

U know all other country’s r helping there own people an the U S A is doing is just talk we don’t need just talk we need help with money An one more thing the U S Government used to give out commodity’s to the people like real cheese real butter real rice beans an honey an some other things now why can’t they start that up again since all this started. Not our fault. But the governments fault. This can help with some things to eat an each person got soo much for each person I. The family I do believe this would be a big help since I An about a 1000plus people don’t get any food stamps an any help from anywhere else. An I’m on a fixed income. There’s a lot of ways for the government to help its people in this big mess they did

  28. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Nora Martin says:

Why does this only add up to 1.25 trillion? Probably bc this guy is leaving out biggest things in it that will cause it to not pass. 875 billion tax write off for richest people in California and new York. Reason number 1 and probably 3rd biggest reason this won't pass. Reason number 2 why this won't pass is illegal immigrants will also get this amount if it passes (which it won't). Reason number 3 and it in my opinion is the number one reason why this shouldn't pass is you would no longer be able to deport anyone if they have a job and business can't be held liable for hiring illegal immigrants. Are you kidding me?! Who do you think that hurts. The rich will be fine regardless but the poor will be losing the jobs left and right! This man is at best horrible at research and at worst an incompetent dimocrat libtard. I am currently unemployed and I need the money but if is between being broke and ruining my country keep the 1200.

IS IT GOING TO BACK CHILD SUPPORT AGAIN BECAUSE I KNOW SOMEONE THAT OWN BACK CHILD SUPPORT AND IT WENT TO HIS EX AND HE COULD NOT PAY IS BILLS I DONT THINK IT RIGHT THAT ALL OF IT GOING TO HER WHEN SHE GET A LOT OF MONEY AND I THINK WE SHOULD GET THE 2,000 A MOUTH BECAUSE IT WILL HELP A LOT MORE AND IT NOT FAIR FOR THAT PERSON NOT GETTING THE MONEY TO PAY HIS BILLS AND BUY FOOD FOR HIM AND THE MONEY GOING TO THE CHILDS THAT ARE NEW BORN BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT SEND THE MONEY THEIR SELF AND I THINK THE DHRR SHOULD GOT MORE FOOD STAMP FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS OR MORE BECAUSE THEY WILL STILL NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY FOOD WITH

  32. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars RJE says:

Hmmm! Workers get compensation and $ 600 a week additional pay plus $1200 per spouse and money for children while the poor and those unable to work get $ 1200 period to pay for their foods, meds etc…shafted again.
