Ladies and gentlemen, the reality is rearing its ugly head and at this point the events of the past 24 hours alone are crazier than any script. Anybody has ever written and include some really bad russian scripts. So, let's talk about it, but before we do don't click. Nothing don't smash, nothing don't buy nothing.

I got no courses, no expiring discounts. I hate that that cringes me out just listen up, that's it! So let's talk about facebook first and the facebook outage. So yesterday, facebook was out for hours instagram out for hours. What's up all these millennials running around like lemmings, trying to understand what to do with all this free time? How can they ever live without instagram so chill so for the first part i got ta be honest with you, i'm kind of upset, because why did i have to be facebook? I really don't care about facebook.

Couldn't it happen to another company like the new york stock exchange or nasdaq? I mean at this point i would have loved an outage. I mean my portfolio is starting to look so red. My grandpa was literally becoming a communist again. I had to send him out on some fake scavenger hunts to try to calm him down right now, he's looking for a mcdonald's that sells oatmeal he's, probably going to be away for a few days, which will allow me to make a few videos, but once it's Back, we have to talk about this so check this out, so facebook outage and what the hell is going on.

So the company is claiming in some sort of a technical mistake. You know some routing numbers, then routing correctly blah blah blah blah blah blah. The problem with this explanation is - and i don't know if it's correct or not - i have no way of knowing - is that a few things that we heard from employees doesn't really match that story. So why would that prevent employees from using their key cards? People literally couldn't get into their offices.

Reportedly also, we heard reports that the facebook.com domain was up for sale. I mean i don't know what to tell you about the facebook official explanation, but i don't know how routing numbers and technical difficulties would put the domain up for sale, but maybe this was fake news as well. I don't know if you know exactly what happened and you're a technical guy or a girl or a horse. Let me know below and explain to me what the hell is going on with facebook, but now, let's move on to tesla.

So there's a lot of good news. Coming out out of tesla, we had the delivery numbers for q3 phenomenal 240 000 vehicles delivered. The numbers out of europe are insane. They just delivered 8 000 cars in germany in september, which is pretty much double or almost double than the best month they ever had in june, just this year, four and a half thousand cars, so the killing in germany actually model y is the best selling car.

In denmark, out of all cars, not just electric and model 3 is the best selling car in the uk for the month of september. So this whole argument about the competition is coming and the european market share is collapsing. Blah blah blah sounds like an old fart. A fart that has been very loud and yet very forgettable and nobody cares about or wants to remember it's just a moronic argument at this point, but the problem is that tesla is dealing with some bad.
So with these delivery numbers, you would assume that everything is peachy. Everybody is singing kumbaya around. The tesla campfire problem is that tesla just lost the lawsuit for 137 million dollars. It's a lot of money.

The lawsuit was filed by a former employee and elevator operator. In the fremont facility for creating a hostile racist working environment, which is a horrible thing - and i hope it actually never happens to anybody in their lifetime - i think racism is one of the worst things on earth, and this lawsuit is granting this employee 137 million dollars, Which tesla has to pay - and i don't know the specifics of the lawsuit but there's one paragraph which i read that actually blew my mind. I want to show you inside the lawsuit or the description of in the new york times they talk about despite the abuse. He himself faced mr diaz, which was the plaintiff said he reached a breaking point when he witnessed similar behavior directed at his son, who secured the job his first at the company with mr diaz's help.

So the one thing i'm confused about is the plaintiff. Mr owen diaz and i don't know what exactly happened, i'm sure tesla will appeal it. It's going to be a long process. You know the facts will come out.

So, mr owen, diaz the plaintiff was working in a hostile working environment being treated unfairly and according to this lawsuit with a racist tone and he would set up a job for his son at the same facility. I mean that's not very apparently, but i guess that's some tough, loving for you right, but i mean it's a real question. I mean why would you set a job for your son at a facility where you're being treated unfairly and it's a hostile working environment? That thing doesn't really make a lot of sense to me. You know what i mean.

Let me know below what you think about it. I'm not gon na go into the lawsuit. I think if it actually happened, the man deserves his payday for sure people deserve to get punished, but i mean if i was working in the factory where people were. You know talking about me and it was a hostile work environment.

Would i hook my son up or my daughter up with a job in that facility? I don't know, sounds really strange. Something doesn't add up, but i guess time will tell now. The next piece of news comes out of lordstown motors. Remember them, mr burns.

The principal from simpsons who ran this so-called company, so morgan stanley just dropped the rating to two dollars per share. At this point, i'm very shocked. What is the two dollars representing? I mean this company literally has nothing, and i wish morgan stanley at least would have said that in january. But i guess you should have watched my video, where i literally put scam or fraud on the thumbnail, letting everybody know six months ago that this company was a complete bs.
So let me read what morgan stanley have to say about this company. At this point, i guess too little too late. More, incidentally, lowers lord some motors to an underperformed rating, no sherlock right after a significant reset of its forecast in valuation, as it factor in last week's update. So last week's update was mind.

Blowing so lordstown sold the facility they bought from gm to another company to manufacture the lower soundtrack for them, so somebody bought the factory and they're going to be manufacturing a tracking facility for lordstown. So this really sounds like a nicola gm arrangement. To me, if you remember, nikola actually had gm manufactured, the truck that never happened to them. It sounds very similar and it has similar results.

So adam jonas says that, while the agreement with foxconn the company who bought the a factory helps secure the future of lord song and buy some time to explore other business opportunities, it's a car company. What other business opportunities i mean, i honestly don't understand so for me. One thing is clear: it's pretty much clear that the only thing that has any value in lordstown is that plan. So the only smart decision, lordstown or lordstown management has ever taken is getting a good deal from gm on that plan.

That's the only thing they've done and now they're cashing out based on this factory, getting to them for cheap. That's all it is lordstown has nothing beyond that facility, and that proves it. So at this point i got ta be honest with you. I am giving this a target of negative two dollars.

You got. Ta pay me two dollars to hold the stock, because i think the risk is just too big, so i completely disagree with morgan stanley. I think it should be much much lower. In fact, this is gon na, be my first negative target price for a company ever and by the way shout out to sawyer merit, i'm just looking at his tweet right now.

So tesla is actually causing more pain to short sellers, which is always something i'd love to see. He's reporting that the short selling interest is down to 1.1 percent, which is the lowest we had since 2010. So i'm guessing all the short sellers are going bankrupt slowly and surely, and now there's none of them left. But i do wonder who is this 1.1 percent that are shorter than tesla? I got ta be honest with you not a smart decision.

It doesn't seem like it's been, you know, working out for the people who did it before them. Don't understand this, but let's talk about something that actually matters. So let's talk about china. We have another chinese developer going up in flames.

Let me show you the article, because this is getting out of hand. I mean at this point what the hell is going on. So this is an article from china. Chinese property developer fantasia misses debt payments of 205 million dollars today.
So, first of all, why would you actually invest in a company called fantasia? I mean fantasia. Unless this is like a adult film company, the name, the name that'll, never make sense to me: evergreen fantasia. It sounds like you, adult film industry names whatever, but i guess the names don't really matter so. Basically, the article from bloomberg says: another chinese developer fell into crisis on monday, after failing to repay a maturing bond, adding to the strains of the nation's heavily leveraged property firms following industry, giant china, everground so evergreen.

By the way the trading got halted yesterday and it's the end it's the beginning of the end for evergrand. Now we have another player in the game and i'm sure there's going to be more. This is just the beginning, so, basically check this out. Signs of stress in china's property sector are spreading, as low-rated developers face a surge in bond yields to a decade high.

However, there are good news. Don't worry, everything is going to be okay, nothing to see here, because fantasies liabilities are only 13 billion dollars, a fraction of the 300 billion that evergrande actually owes, which is a positive sign, only 13 billion this time, and at this point it starts to feel like My friend, who was trying to get a convertible and his wife would have never signed off on that. So he comes up to her and says: hey. I want to buy a black escalade.

Everything is tinted with the rims. I want to look like a drug dealer and then she's like god. No, please don't like. Okay, i'll just buy convertible and she said yeah sure sure it's the same thing at this point saying that 13 billion is not a huge deal after seeing everground is pretty much the same, but i want you to actually listen to this paragraph because the chinese executives They really know what they're talking about so shenzhen headquarter fantasies, management and board very important will assess the potential impact of the social condition and cash flow position of the company stemming from the skipped bond payment.

It said skipped, hippity, hop, skip, skip, bump, just defaulted on a debt and it's a skipped bond payment. I love the terminology, so let me tell you how this assessment is going to work. Let me do it for you, dear executives and board members. It's going to be three words we are, this is nothing you can really say more about it.

I mean you is now. The problem is that this is pretty much china's opportunity to do again. What it's been doing, multiple times is coming up to the foreign debt holders and saying hey, thank you for your money now go to hell. This is pretty much again and again what keeps going on and there's going to be.
Another ipo of a chinese company and more western investors will put their money in these chinese companies just to see another fantasia growing up in fantasia or another evergrand growing up in evergrand fashion. I mean: aren't you guys, tired of china, pulling this? It's all western money. Getting eaten up by these debt and actual defaults. Why would you allow this to happen? Why would you take part, i honestly don't know, but hey your prerogative, your money do whatever you want now, as always, it's been a pleasure spending these few minutes with you.

If you want to join one of those sign up today and you can participate, all the information is going to be in there for you to join, and i got to be honest with you in those zooms, it's getting pretty well lately, so you probably want to Check it out, i'm just kidding it's all chill. $137 Million is just stupid….how can anyone justify that kind of damage?

  2. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Corey White says:

The company that Lordstown motors sold the facility to, Foxconn, also made a deal with Trump during his presidency for a manufacturing facility in Wisconsin that has been a disaster since inception. Thought that’d be an interesting note for potential foresight.

Edit: Also, being that this is a Taiwanese based entity, there’s a potential of security risk or conflict of interest of the company in general with China and its government/regulations.

In other words, Evergrande and Fantasia ripped off Western investors, because these fools believed the Chinese government would bail them out like they did in the USA?

I got out of Nio a few months ago after watching your videos yet this week Goldman Sacks recommended a buy with 52 dollar target price. At least Kramer said stay away from all Chinese stocks

Reason: He could plant his own supporting witness at the same workplace to document the wrongful acts. Secondly, 137 X 2 is better than 137 X 1.

$137 million? Why not make it $500m or $1billion. The jury must all members of a union that works with GM or Ford.

I am going to sue the owner of the shop I worked when I just arrived in US, he stated I was a lazy latino… oh, wait! He went bankrupt and I probably now make a lot more money than he ever did… Hehe. This Tesla law suit smells like woke justice. They know that Tesla will leave California ASAP and they want to get back on Mr. Musk.

Maybe Mary Barra was busy and Fraudstown Motors had to find someone else to manufacture their trucks.

$137 million isn’t a payday. It’s a racket. If the evidence ultimately shows unmitigated hostile work environment, there should be a cap on restitution. Like $10 million. His award should not greatly exceed the potential loss.

I learn my lesson with COFFEE or what ever it was called, a friend of mine was aking a killing with Xpeng and Nio, and wanted me to jump on them. I told him sure but never did because of the prior pain, I would need my head checked before I slam my hard earn cash on any CCP stocks.

  15. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jonathan B says:

Tesla got held accountable, is all.

Not all, but some areas of Tesla are hostile and since nothing was being done, obviously someone was bound to get tired of it and call it out.

  16. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Mark Glick says:

Tom, you’re a smart guy how did you miss this. Foxconn flush with revenue yet poor with profit. They are using Lordstown as a back door to get into the US EV market. I’m not sure why but they don’t want their name on the vehicle, just yet. Maybe Lordstown sounds more automotive. You just wait and see, this will be a Foxconn automobile. China striking out in America

Pure rip off. Scream racism in California, and no politically correct, San Fracisco jury would do anything but presume TSLA guilty until proven innocent. And, the proof? Nothing less than a video of Diaz planning the scam with family and lawyers will do.

Over 5000 employees in a factory that is owned and run by Tesla. The “racist” attitude may well be 1 person.
Having been in many industries over 45 years. This is not uncommon.
As far as USA workforce. I have no idea.
But the idea of Tesla with Over 5000 workers being Racist is extremely low.
