Just to be a bit clearer, you didn't generate $4million profit, you generated potentially $4million equity for househack investors, you only generate taxable profit when you actually dispose / sell the assets purchased

Most startups don’t make profits in first few years. I’d say not to worry much about profits but revenue and capital expansion.
It sounds like you are changing HH business model from Buy wedge deal- gain from appreciation and rental income to just buy-fix-sell to your mini fund at loss or gain, no more long term appreciation or rental income. HH will do all the heavy lifting, and all the benefits benefit goes to mini fund that is not owned by HH investors. This sounds like a big ripoff to HH investors. Could u pls explain whether my understanding is wrong? Does HH investor have the voting power to stop this? It sounds like you will use HH investors’ money to raise a mini fund baby for mini fund investors. HH investors may loose all the money if you let HH keep all the losses and pass on all the gains to Mini fund
I thought the properties don't cash flow at full market pricing? Or if the mini funds are buying the properties from House Hack in all cash from the money raised, at full market pricing the rate of return on the investors money will be low single digits? I don't follow this
