What you repeatedly say to yourself over and over and over again becomes your reality, becomes the lens that you see the world through hey thanks for still watching my show sounds like last week you decided not to cancel me. I do appreciate it so check it out. So many people i talk to today, i find that they are stuck sometimes in a psychological rut, meaning they say to themselves this stuff over and over again, and you know what happens when you say to yourself: there's no inventory, my business isn't where i want it To be, i weigh too much, i'm fat, i'm this, i'm that you know what you do. Your body and your mind say: yeah you're right.
So what do you have to do? You got to interrupt the pattern, see here's. What i understand. Thoughts are things what you repeatedly say to yourself over and over and over again becomes your reality becomes the lens that you see the world through. So it asks you to consider.
What are the questions you ask yourself, all the time you've heard me say things like gratitude's important, but what are you truly grateful for? Who do you, love who loves you when you ask yourself these types of questions? Not only do you get the massive dopamine rush of all that, goodness of all that joy of all that ecstasy and happiness, but guess what happens? You start to recondition your brain to think the way you want the bottom line is this thoughts. Are things you're in control, nothing else, all the noise, all the bs everything happening around. You has no impact on you. If you repeatedly talk about think about read about ask yourself about the things that matter most to you.
So it's all up here, my friend. Let's get in action:.

Right idea Tom, not deep enough. Specific goals/language with incremental progress is more effective than positive thinking.

No doubt mindset is important! Sometimes I think people thing it's the ONLY thing that's important though. Unfortunately just the right mindset about something won't automatically make it a reality. We still have to take action and execute. Thanks for the good stuff as usual!
