So one of the biggest mistakes that i made in real estate when i just got started this was back in 2015., i was an asu student. I had no experience buying real estate right 2015 after the 2008 crash, everyone's anticipating the next bubble. When i was buying my first property in 2015, i was 20 years old and think about it. Buying something of about 170 000 was mind-boggling to me.
I was taking out a 30-year low and guess what people told me back then that the market was going to crash and that i should be ready. This instilled fear in me now fast forward in 2022. I've flipped more properties in just a couple of months of this year than any other year. If anything, the market's more vulnerable now than it was before my job as an investor is not to avoid risk, it's simply to manage it.
