Real estate is much more profitable than stocks if you do it right bro. Not only do you get capital gains appreciation but there's also the monthly passive Cashflow you receive whilst waiting for the loan to be paid down. And then on top of that its not taxed at all 🙂

Hey I just notice from watching Gram Stephen videos. that he kind of shameless guilt trips you into liking and subscribing on his YouTube channel. I think he does it in a fun way where if I got value from the video to do two small but important things to grow the channel. I think it would be a good idea to implement something similar for your videos. i found my self liking more videos where normally i just move to the next video. just my two cents in though big fan keep up the amazing work!
Ricky doesn't even have to apply for the hard money loan. They just bring him a suitcase full of cash. On a serious note every real estate market is different and you can't expect to sell in every market with a plain jane. Sometimes you do have to buss it down lol
