Geographic Farming is the most powerful way to grow and maintain a successful real estate business. It allows you to establish your brand and centralize your listings and sales in one geographic area.
Sally Scrimgeour shares how she generated $226,000 in GCI from her geographical farming strategy.
To be a successful farmer you must commit to an area and understand that it’s a marathon, not a sprint. Setting up these expectations and being in the right mindset right out of the gate is the key to success.

Door knocking is cringey and intrusive
Inspirational!!
Do people still door knock now I mean isn’t it dangerous as a women ? I’ll do the leaflets
The cute gift ideas is something I will do
I'm in Orange County, CA. I wish I could find a lender to help offset the cost of my 800 monthly postcards. I'd kick it up to 4,000 a month if I paid as little as Sally does.
Covid changed a lot of this door-to-door and hand-shaking activity.
Unfortunately, Lost me at 4000 cards a month lol
Can you disclose what website we would make to capture their information
Love Tom Ferry's video's, but there was something about this one that really spoke to me! Appreciate!! And go Sally!
Sally – you are the BEST at farming! Hands down!
Do you personalize that ice cream scoop or ice scraper or plain Jane? Just curious if there’s something on it so they can’t forget who gave it to them.
The 4000 a month is to the same address list or do you have 3 list? So that reach out once a quarter?
You need to be persistent and you need to be calling!
That's a lot of overheat money. Only thing I liked about this presentation was the door knocking. "My why is bigger than my fear"
