Great show Tom!! I’ve been on a team for 100 years haha as a buyers agent with friends and neighbors asking me to list . I’m on my own with my 20 year old daughter and recently cold calling and going on appointments. What I need mega help with is a killer in it to win it listing presentation!

Why do we sometimes forget to do some of the more obvious, proactive work to succeed? Is it that fight or flight part of the brain that has to be managed first, I wonder?

Great information, Tom. Q4 here I come!!! I'm an appointment setting machine.
I feel like I often run out of people to call. It’s 6:52am right now and I’m heading into the office and in pulling at least one appointment today, somehow, someway.

Got to wake up at 4:45am, got on a 5am call, worked out, took a shower, and now I get to watch this. I’m learning a lot from my mentor, Tim Macy, and he learns a lot from you. So, it really is inspiring how impact can trickle down like that 🙌🏼
This was sooooo good! I really needed this perspective. It hasn’t been a great year in real estate for me and I was ready to walk away from it. I’ve been focused on getting “leads”.. and they haven’t gone ANYwhere vs getting APPOINTMENTS! Definitely going to work today through a different lens! Thank you, this was great!
