What's up, everyone? All right? So today I'm going to answer another question that was posted in the comments of my short video. So leave your questions down below. The question today was Ross How can you predict a false breakout? This is tricky and false breakouts certainly do happen. One of the things that I look at on a one minute chart is whether or not the stock has a prior history of making false breakouts.
If the stock has already shown that it likes to do false breakouts, it's probably going to keep doing it. The second thing that I've been using more recently has been the Macd on the one minute chart when the Macd is crossed against the signal line. That's when I start to think that the the upside is kind of starting to wane and we're moving into a sideways period of consolidation. Or the downside? this is when false breakouts are more prevalent.
So I TR try to trade stocks when the Macd is moving up and away, and when the stock is on the first leg of its move higher. That's when Momentum seems to be the cleanest.
The solution to this problem is tight stop loss and this is businusee cost
Thank you Ross
I was wondering why I see you leave money on the table often on breakouts initially. That’s makes a lot of sense! 💪

There are a lot of traders with youtube channels out there, but YOU are still the best. Not only are you an awesome trader – you are also an EXCELLENT teacher! And YES – I'M a Warrior Pro student, so I know what I'm talking about! Thanks Big Dawg!
