What about using other peoples money? can you do that with property/real estate or stocks? which is more work? is one easier than the other?

    I personally prefer property investing over stocks. I understand property investing more and also have a passion for it. I buy a few stocks recently but have not yet dedicated enough time to stocking investing. You mentioned 10% deposit for a 90% LTV. Can you pay down less than 20%deposit on BTL properties?     Good content, personally went into stocks to get the compound interest ball rolling, while also saving cash and investing into a LISA to save and step into property through a residential as soon as possible
