In this video I teach you some Property Viewing Tips for buy to let property investors and first time buyers, I go through what to ask the estate agents and what to take notes on during the property viewing, as this can be a key time to find out if the property is a good deal or not.
A property viewing can be quite rushed and hard to remember, so I really advise following these tips and taking some notes and photos and paying close attention to some of the items mentioned in the video such as the fuse board, water/heating system, externals and other bits and pieces.

Very useful tips. I will definitely keep these in mind. I like the advise about the heater and boiler this is super important. I learnt this from experience. Also service charge can be expensive in some places. The estate agents definitely act on behalf of the seller. Ten year doubler

Plenty of information, I suggest if you could offer the information in sequence points, 1,2,3,4 or A B C D , , also for the checklist if you could offer 2 separate checklists, one for flats and the other for houses
